He clearly has some insight into the inner workings at United.I miss Licha. Luke Shaw as a CB is going to be interesting... Can't say that I would necessarily prefer to see Maguire playing there, though, whatever the reason for his weird benchwarming.

Shaw is probably about 8th choice after Martinez, Varane, Lindelof, Maguire, Casemiro (if McT isn't out), McT himself, Dalot.

ps. Maguire seems to be on the bench. Crazy how low on the pecking order he has fallen.Personally would try Casemiro and Varane at CB, AWB and Shaw on the fullbacks beside them, and Malacia in the midfield. Malacia often moves up into midfield positions when he plays, so it shouldn't be a huge stretch. But I trust ETH knows best about what they're capable of in each position, so we'll wait and see!

Significant in showing that we have been playing without a target man or when we did it's been one that's lost his burst of speed, agility and essentially scoring touch. Against a Forest team set up to defend crosses that might work to our favor, or at least one can hope.

To play one of the best DCM in the world out of position is not a good idea at all, especially when even McTominay is not available. Whom should we have played in the middle then? Eriksen and Fred is not a good combo, Eriksen and Iqbal pairing then?
