If he's playing he's been declared fit the by the medical team at the club. Phil Jones is literally the worst player at the club now, and by some margin. He is not a safe option at CB or anywhere else.

Don't get me wrong I agree with you both. This isn't much of an accolade but he's the best second choice goalkeeper we've had in my time supporting United for over 30 years.
He's been with us a few years now and if he ever wanted to leave, I don't think anyone could begrudge him of that. Like I mentioned before he's lost his place for Argentina, they're not exactly blessed with great goalkeepers (Gazzaniga is alright and Caballero is too) with regular game time at another club he'd almost certainly win his spot back.£190,000 a week for Shaw

Given the choice between Bruno coming or Romero staying I'd take Bruno every day of the week. Number 10 is a critical position for us whereas we're not exactly short in the GK department with Henderson looking like he could be pushing DeGea for the number 1 spot in the not too distant future.Can't see the poin in riskig Maguire, I'm guessing Pereira is playng RW which is intereting.
