    Surely we would have to be devastatingly bad to lose to Newcastle. If that happened the you know what would hit the proverbial fan.

    This is my perfect line up as well. Everyone who has been under performing has not been helped with the formations Jose plays. This is perfect.

    let me tell you, nothing dampers the spirit like predicting that we will go with that midfield again. And I picked Young because we all must be thinking there is no way in hell Mou goes with Valencia, but he will troll us yet again with a start for Young. Just hoping for a spot on the bench for Dalot and not Darmian.

    Listening to a show this morning and they were doing predictions. Every teams position was given in reference to United. It was a very obvious and deliberate piss take.

    Probably won't happen indeed but I refuse to believe this side isn't capable of winning with Newcastle at their current state... even with Mata as a winger.

    If Greenwood will have problems then Martial can easily take his place as a main sting and if Mou will give him much freedom of movement all four - Mata, Pogba, Fred, Andreas should be able to create for him some chances.

    In a way that is why I am so unhappy. We are the butt of everyone's jokes. They are taking the p*ss all the time. I turned them off this morning before Noel Gallagher could even utter a word. They are all loving this.

    Play with technical players who have energy in their legs and see how it goes. Newcastle are going to park the bus so let's press them and force them into mistakes. There has to come a point where Lukaku and Matic get dropped for their poor form, otherwise they will get away with the laborious so far this season. Get them on the bench and hungry to come on in the second half and make an impact.

    I think it will be close. Newcastle may have had a terrible start to the season but only lost by 1 goal to both City and Chelsea. So I think we might edge it 2-1.

    I predicted a loss for us as I'm rubbish at it and hope I'm wrong as usual.

    So embarrassing at work today, all opposition fans in the office expect us to lose, and the worst thing was they weren't joking:(
     
    We need to win this one guys.
    If only to get some confidence back in our team.
    After the International break, we have some tough games, so we need to start prepping for those matches.
     
    This game is all the more interesting now that Jose is supposedly being removed from office after the game.

    Mourinho confirmed to MUTV that Rojo, Herrera and Lingard are all still absent via injury, however, Young could return to the squad as his injury was minor.

    Despite our bad start to the season, Mourinho feels it will improve:

    i don't know whether it's worth staying up to watch the game at midnight if i'm going to see a "west ham-esque" performance. On the other side, if newcastle tonk us 3-0 at home, it might be worth it just for the explosion of rage. :lol::(
     
    Hope not to see another demonstration by Pogba on how to play football for 90 minutes without breaking into a sweat.

    Had a feeling that Valencia would be played in midweek against Valencia with Dalot making his league debut against West Ham and Valencia himself seems to have confirmed he won't be playing today with this not-so cryptic tweet.
