Ameobi often looks like he's stoned or doesn't care, half asleep. However, he's been quite effective lately.
Azzuri, Krul is injured
Looks deceivingly rubbish and weak.

And how did Newcastle play??I had a dream last night that we played with the diamond. Please make it come true, LVG!
And how did Newcastle play??
It's like 2° right now. Butter is solid at that temperature. Your dream doesn't make any sense.Don't remember how they were playing, specifically, but our movement and passing was like butter. Pretty sure we were tearing them apart.
*in b4 "you're gonna jinx us"
Didn't think he boozed much, prob still got an xmas day fag behind his ear thoughHave a feeling you will draw. Expect Rooney to looks pissed.

They still don't have a goalie, do they?
LvG was disappointed with Fletcher last week so I don't think he will play today. With Blind out injured and probably Fellaini and Herrera as well LvG has no choice but to play Carrick as a holding CM and not a libero type of CB, even though the difference between the roles can be subtle. The big question for today is if LvG will play only two defenders (Jones and Evans) or if he will play three at the back (Jones, Evans, and Blackett). The latter will offer more defensive cover obviously and will allow Carrick to be our play maker.

Rooney and di Maria will have to do a lot of defensive work in the absence of Fellaini.
My prediction: 2-1.

As others have said; it's not official at all.How official is that?
Brainfades and Panic Attacks. Masterpiece. Worthy of a Novel title, an epitaph, or perhaps a second album for an indie rock band.Well, I don't think pace has been as big a problem for our defence as an inability to cope with high-pressing teams. Carrick, Jones and co position themselves well enough most of the time, it's our defence's brainfades and panic-attacks when put under pressure that bothers me.
Thankfully Newcastle aren't Southampton, we'll outscore 'em and get 3 points.
Hopefully. He could do with a break, unleash Falcao at OT against a depleted Newcastle. Can only be positiveI wonder if RVP may be rested with Spurs in mind?
Not if we go with:Only thing worrying me is our midfield and the lack of creativity.
Herrera is injuredNot if we go with:
