    We have been dire in every compartment of playing football in this game. Look like scared children playing against men
     
    That goal shoudn't count, the ball wasnt on the referee's mark. Free kick should be retaken
     
    The best two teams in the league and all three goals have come from awful defending.
     
    I don't think that was a TERRIBLE mistake. Just really unlucky. Very awkward angle to clear from given his body position and the bounce meant he couldn't head it either. At the end of the day, the ball shouldn't be bouncing like that all the way to the back post at all.

    fecking hell. can't allow lukaku in the penalty are. his first touch is awful at the best of times but he's appalling at defending. reckon that will cost us the game; certainly can't win from here. lukaku looked like a lumbering oaf for both their goals. he just panics
     
    Not that we've played well or anything but it'll be frustrating that if we lose this people will go on about how the amazing Guardiola outsmarted us but the 2 goals were scrappy/came from mistakes - not incredible attacking play

    Yep. We actually looked good. That could kill any confidence we were feeling from being on the front foot. Just inexcusable from Lukaku. He's not only been useless in attack but a liability in defence. Martial and Rashford look better footballers than him when things get tight.
     
    Very poor again from Lukaku , does not seem to have the composure at all to handle these big games. Very worrying from our point of view given he is our main attacker.
     
    Can we go back in time and get Morata please? Cant believe i had a discussion with someone on here claiming Lukaku had a better first touch..
     
    Our clearances have been absolutely gash, even in the Arsenal match our players were playing pinball in our own box.

    :lol: here we go again. Lukaku lumps a simple clearance into our own player and it's Herrera's fault. This forum is ridiculous sometimes.
