Matic is still trying to bring some order, literally positioning the front four when it comes to pressing. They’ve flunked with that so far and United haven’t had a breather to reorganise.
There are so many problems with the set-up; the front four are too detached from the midfield two, nobody is tracking De Bruyne, Martial shouldn’t be playing on the right and Lingard should not be the designated playmaker. A switch to 4-3-3 might be more suitable.
