As for Pogba. Let me guess, it's the wrong position for him to be playing in?

I just can't seem to work out Pogba's thought process. He screws up the easiest of tasks by trying to do way too much. Even when a pass is on, he would relish physically dominating his marker first before he passes the ball. It's like he was born in the land of Philistines. His football brain can be embarrassing sometimes.

Can you imagine City's first XI versus our "B" team (though at this point I cant tell the difference) we'd be completely slaughtered. And here we are playing them like they're our equals at HOME. jesus we have become a hot mess

I wish people would stop making out that city are playing a load or nobodies. There's plenty of experienced and very expensive players out there for them

So you are using the fact that he has played for some of the best teams in the world against him?..
If it was so easy to rack up 50+ goals then more than 15-ish players would have done it.

No, hes played for all these clubs but has a piss poor goal return in the knockout stages, basically any game remotely difficult. Inzaghi has similar figures, nobody has ever called him 'world class'. Zlatan has also played over 100 CL games, 48 goals is an average return considering who he has played for.

It has been poor. The only real chance I can recall is the first minute when Kelechi somehow missed a header from 4-5 yards by a mile.

Yeah that's fair enough, I wasn't trying to contradict the general opnion, was just saying I literally didn't really notice

After the game against Liverpool, Mourinho said Pogba didnt penetrate enough. Basically meaning he was too static and didnt make any runs in behind.

Today we're seeing the same thing. Pogba behind Ibra is a big no no. We need to either put on a number 10 who will run in behind, or take Ibra off and put Rashford up top. Little to no movement in the final third.

Honestly, the most embarrassing thing I've seen about United this season is the litany of dramatic comments I see on this forum.

10 games into the season and people are having a meltdown. As someone who has gone into two companies which were failing, with toxic leadership, a ton of deadwood and a morale stripped team; I can attest to how hard it is to turn that situation around. I've had more set backs than I can remember, especially when asking people to do things differently to how they are accustomed.

But the fecking fannies in this place, expect miracles in a couple of months. United is a unique job, with unique expectations, challenges and institutional traditions. With a huge weight of recent history.

The manager deserves a full season to shape the team and tactics before any meltdown can ensue. Support the team ffs. The constant negativity just makes it worse for everyone. People cite the case of Klopp; but he not only melted down at Dortmund, but then led LFC to a mighty 7th place last season. It's only this season they've started to look decent.

At the very least Jose and the players deserve that chance to develop.

And for the love of god, will you mewling quims just lay off Pogba! He's 23 ffs. Huge pressure. Let the kid settle in. It wasn't your money that was spent. Get off this kids' back.

    Pathetic from some of you.

Well..I think some of the players are playing like fannies..but I grant you, we have had such a very tough run of games and so willing to see how we are out the other end...

I'd like to see depay, Young and Schneiderlin get some game time with Ibra, Pogba and Mata off

Yes, he tends to over complicate things just to prove something.

I'll tell you what breaks my fecking heart? City have somehow managed to be even worse than us. God knows how that's even possible?
Yeah, for all the doom and gloom, City's gone five games without a win and they've been absolutely useless today. That's the one positive so far.

Yeah that's fair enough, I wasn't trying to contradict the general opnion, was just saying I literally didn't really notice
yeah the pitch is not helping either. But shouldn't be an excuse - there's no cohesion between the players (ours in particular)

Let's just play some good fecking football. That is all I want to see right now. Positive progression from one game to another.

Yeah Navas hasn't been a huge threat due to his poor crossing, bar the early one for the best chance of the match.
Exactly. Shaw has looked a bit sluggish, but Navas' style of play will allow him to get crosses in from that position against many full backs

White text? Ok this is not strictly a team of nobodies but you can't even compare this team to the one that say faced Southampton on the weekend. There is a discrepancy in quality in this team they put out and it's undeniable. Hence the concern that we cant seem to even threaten them for real at home

    What football brain?

Need a summary of the first half? How'd we look? I see no Miki on the bench again, utter bollocks.

We have been rubbish but so have City. Both teams giving it away way to easily.

No shots on target for both teams says it all.
