    Everyone's aware that if Smalling gets injured, this will probably be our usual CB pairing? There's almost no one else.
     
    Better looking team than against Chelsea but still no Mkhi again? Martial missing as well.

    Thought Carroll would have been given a rest, city have evidently made a few more changes but I still expect them to win because of our knack of shitting it when this game comes along.

    I learnt my lesson from last time (v Fenerbahce). Were rumours that Romero was starting but De Gea was known to be in the squad - like today v City. If De Gea wasn't going to be involved he wouldn't be in the squad. I'm on 10/11. Had Lingard instead of Carrick.
     
    No martial and mkhitaryan is fecking stupid. no reason at all for either not to be starting let alone not on the bench.

    We got Burnley at home Saturday, if our first team players need a full weeks rest to be able to beat Burnley than God help us. At the moment, we need momentum, it's as simple as that really, think that's Mourinho's thinking, he needs a win but if this goes tits up with those line ups, he may need to build himself a bunker.

    Why did Mourinho even buy Mkhitaryan if he's never going to play him..

    Also why didn't he just sell Memphis, Holland needs the marginal talent it has to flourish if we ever want to qualify for something.

    There was ‘#FreeShinji’ in 2013 and now it’s another signing from Dortmund who’s getting some seemingly rough treatment from the United manager.

    Mourinho must have a real issue with Mkhitaryan. Deeming Lingard a superior player is bizarre thinking.

    Wouldn't be an easy game for Mkhitaryan to just come into. If he's a confidence player, let's build up his confidence. There's plenty of games coming up. I've wanted to see Rojo in CD for a while so will be interesting to see how he does. He's not a full back and I'm hopeful we'll see an improvement tonight.

    I fancy a 2-1 win tonight :)

    I was about to change based on caf rumours on Romero but then thought that Mou would not have kept DDG in squad entirely if he wasn't playing. Still 9/11 though. Had Mkhitaryan and Darmian instead of Pogba and Valencia.
     
    let's hope we do to City reserves is similar to what Chelsea did last year in the FA Cup..a 5-1 win
