One thing Fergie would have done by now is put a man sitting/following De Bruyne all game, why hasn't Mourinho done that? It seems like a no brainer
Exactly..One thing Fergie would have done by now is put a man sitting/following De Bruyne all game, why hasn't Mourinho done that? It seems like a no brainer
Our counters are wank
What is impressive about them is their defensive work and pressing so far.
No idea if they can keep it up for 90 mins.
Yep. They're just pulling Pogba and Fellaini out and finding De Bruyne in the space. One thing Fergie would have done by now is put a man sitting/following De Bruyne all game, why hasn't Mourinho done that? It seems like a no brainer
It was more of a rhetorical question. I understand why he picked him but if he wanted to use him for this match he should've played him more before this to get him up to speed. Same goes for Lingard.Coz he offers more pace than Mata and we want to play on the break
not going to happen and what if we get an injury, what happened last time we player against City with 10 men FFS3 changes at HT
Guardiola is showing his true quality here. They are a cohesive team with a plan who are playing intelligent classy football. We seem to have turned up to 'compete'
What? Been most involved of any of our midfield.I hope Fellaini is done after this game
