    Rojo, Mata should have had goals and probably so should Lingard. Should be fecking 4-1 already.
     
    their goal was coming from a mile away, they had few glit edged chances before that and we looked shaky in defense.

    to heck with it, wouldn't mind seeing a goalfest in the second half.
     
    On the replay for that goal, he's not even lobbed DDG, he's just kicked it into the net. That's a howler

    we give it away regularly via just plain old not being good enough mistakes

    I think we can score three, I genuinely do. We will probably concede 5 though.
     
    Happy that we are playing well , atleast we are not going out with a wimper, we are showing some fight.
    hope it carries on in the second half and we can show the footballing world we can play and our fans are better than those cnuts with the banner.
     
    It's like Manchester United's B side but with our first team goalie. Some of the play is shockingly stupid, Blind booting it up field when Fellaini isn't up there, Mata playing a low cross into the box when Fellaini is there - Carrick doing the silly run over the ball when he's one of our taller players currently. Then stupid shit like the midfield in the first place... the fact we sold all of our attacking players and replaced them with some kids who to be fair to them have done the best they could in a shitty situation.

    He has to be sacked, he should have been before Christmas but we all said it, we literally knew we would run the season into the ground.

    It's the fecking Titanic and we didn't even see Kate Winslet's knockers, we just drowned.

    Wasn't a hard prediction. United would be up for it, but are still gettable at the back.
     
    Just win the match, who cares about the tie because United's defense cannot stop a fecking nose bleed when a team is going forward at any decent pace.
     
    I've had enough of Mata. Won't be sorry if Jose comes in and gets rid of him. Nowhere near influential enough. Lingard is a ghost - may as well not be there. Making Fellaini look impressive: and at least he looks interested
     
    Varela has been poor, and to those saying it's LVG's fault(I want LVG to go still) here that he should have used Darmian/used experienced RB, ask yourselves what was your ideal starting XI prior to the game.
    We are out, but it has been a pretty decent performance, atleast we are creating chances
     
    Can't blame just Varela. Henderson should have scored beforehand because of poor defending from our central defenders. Blind gave away a poor foul which Sturridge nearly scored from and poor defending forced a wonder save from De Gea.

    We were the better team but they were bound to score with our game plan. That's the problem with Van Gaal, he can't play attacking football without giving the opponent opportunity after opportunity.

    The pundits will say we're playing much better, but truth is its easy to score and concede a few against a team sitting back and hitting you on the break who'll comfortably take a draw.
     
    Score two in the next 35 min and have a great last 10 min with really pushing for that third.

    I just can't give up.

    I tend to agree...just go for it, we have nothing to lose...
     
    If we shown anything like this in the first leg, we would have scored and not be in this position.

    To be honest, it was a lose-lose situation. If he confronted him early, Coutinho could have easily just nicked it and been away in loads of space. If he showed him inside, gain Coutinho could have come in and curled it.

    We gave Liverpool those opportunities all game long, they seem to be able to hit balls into space at will. How can a team that doesn't press high, leave so much space in behind? We press in 2's and 3s with no real team effort. cos once those 2/3 are avoided, theres loads of space to attack. Its fecking stupid I tell ya.

    Yeah no idea why ppl bring that youth thingy up with him. Not like he is fresh out of our academy and 18 years old. He is not United quality that's what. Another Moyes gem.

    He's not that young, but in terms of experience he is a youth player, he's barely played any first team games yet and will make mistakes. He's done well enough in previous games to be given the benefit of the doubt
     
    Who do you even play in the right back?
    Darmian- A defender who can't cross or attack
    Varela- A defender who can't defend?
     
    Even if we went through the likes of Spurs and Dortmund - not to mention Spanish taems - would tear us a new one
