Fred's passing is far below what's acceptable for a midfielder at a top side, regardless of role. Doesn't really matter if it's prime Carrick next to him if he's just going to misplace passes in dangerous areas.

The rest of his game is well below De Gea's. If Ole is set on moving on from De Gea fine, but Henderson doesn't look like the answer.
