    Is this being shown in the United States? Can't find it on my television settings.
     
    I'm dreading the idea, but do you think we set up 3-5-2 in this? The assumption is that Ipswich will see very little of the ball so to make up for lack of defenders we could put in Young and Valencia as the wingbacks.

    I seriously doubt it. I think Van Gaal will be more interested in using the opportunity to play the usual system well and gain a bit of confidence. But you never know with him.
     
    We have a lot of players that need rest. Really weird from LVG not to play the likes of Wilson and Lingard tonight.

    Hopefully at least Memphis, Darmina and Mata will be given a rest

    McNair next to Smalling with Blind LB maybe? Or Young LB? I can't make up my mind.

    I hope Darmian gets a rest and Valencia starts at RB, he had a good cameo on Sunday.

    That's what LVG said, and I believe they played the day before yesterday too.

    Brutal lineup pick for me this week. Am just going to guess and hope I don't get killed. 8 correct seems like the o/u from peoples responses here.

    The only disappointment for me with this game will be if Pereira doesn't start, I really want to see how he does in a team full of main starters rather than with a mish-mash of other reserves.
     
    Just finding out Ipswich finished in the playoffs last year and are currently 5th in the Championship. This will not be easy.
     
    Looking at the lineup prediction game, we seriously lack width in our team. We will probably have to play both Smalling and Blind in defence, at least one of Rooney and Mata in attack again, probably Carrick too. The biggest worry is definitely defence.
     
    Love the way they are only showing one Capital One Cup game, but are showing just about every La Liga game that's on tonight via the red button.
     
    It's so frustrating to be shelling out a small fortune for Sky Sports and BT Sport, yet tonight's game isn't on TV! Grrrrr.

    More and more people are using the internet to stream every game they want using streams from other countries. Its going to make Sky and BT charging for games more and more redundant as more people jump ship to this approach.

    I will find this game 1 way or another tonight. Being deprived of Utd games doesnt happen in my house, despite the authorities trying their hardest too.

    My pal text me saying that apparently Callum Gribbin is going to be on the bench.

    Zero idea if he's right considering he has no ITK sources as far as I'm aware, and if not he's getting a kick in the bollocks, but I hope it's true. Would be great to see, isn't he still only like 16?

    The defense really picks itself. The choice is really between 1/3 of Basti, Carrick or Morgan to go alongside Herrera and which striker/winger to pick.

    Hard for people to take this competition seriously if they're going to price themselves out of exposure. Not sure if I'm arsed staying up to watch a crappy stream somewhere. Haven't missed a match yet this preseason/season though and I wanted to keep the roll running.
