Garnacho can get fecked. If I was Amorim I'd rather start one of the youth players over him.
Going in the summer?

It’ll be one of the lads from the reserves or academy.Who is our next in line, fit goalkeeper available at the moment?
Use him.
I'm so annoyed Onana will be in net for this.
If you're talking about he last game at Ipswich, obviously going down to 10 men forced his hand. With a full 11, do you think Amirom goes that route? I have my doubts...Interesting that we can actually score goals, if we can get the CBs up the pitch. I'm going for a win![]()
Absolutely not.Think Sociedad should be at the forefront of Amorim's thinking in this.....
Would like to see Lindelof, Ericksen, Casemiro and a couple of the youngsters get a start
shame the squad is wafer thin
We need to go strong and get a win and momentum. Last things we need is a loss going into Sociedad and all the negativity that will bring.Think Sociedad should be at the forefront of Amorim's thinking in this.....

Looks like Rodri, who injured his ACL, might play before Shaw and Mount. Sucks to not have a close to full squad at this critical juncture. Would be interesting to see how Amorim keeps his players freshed. Hoping we get the job done in 90 mins as ET would really scupper our preparations for the EL tie midweekyou are probably right @Keanes Magic Hat and @Bertie Wooster
Just that Bruno looked absolutely busted in the last game
just hope we get a bit of luck with injuries
I would assume he will play a weaker side keeping Sociedad in mind.
And they'll probably get a really good result just to give the manager more headache selections.
Completely agreeAbsolutely not.
The EL and FA Cup should be at the forefront of Amorim's mind. We've enough players to prioritise the remaining games in both of those competitions.
Any resting / rotation should be done in the relatively meaningless remaining PL matches. It would obviously be good to win plenty of those and finish as high as possible and gain some momentum. But it's a lot less significant if we lose any of the league games than if we lose in the remaining knockout cup ties.
Hell no. Play the first team.Think Sociedad should be at the forefront of Amorim's thinking in this.....

I think hope pretty much everyone of them has a higher level then we are seeing out on the pitch. How many goals will we concede today? 1? 2?
I've been blindly saying it all season. Garnacho and Rasmus have a far higher level than they have been showing. Zirkzee too. It's about time they got their heads out of their asses and stop having the defenders showing them how it's supposed to be done
Normally we concede first and often within 20 min. But Fulham are yet to score against us this season. How many goals will we concede today? 1? 2?

Villa are still in it aren’t they? Can see us getting either them or Newcastle if we win. City will get Preston or forest. They’ll need to make sure they win a trophy after the bad season they’ve had. Can’t let pep have a trophy less season can theyHopefully we win and draw Preston in the next round. And City get the winners of Newcastle/Brighton. It's funny cos we're the third lowest ranked team left in the cup after Ipswich and Preston.

And should that unlikely scenario happen, you know there'd be all kinds of comments about us getting our 'usual' easy draw. Completely ignoring the fact that we've drawn PL clubs all the way so far while City haven't faced one yet!Hopefully we win and draw Preston in the next round. Which one?At what minute will Dalot do his customary brainfart ?
1999: Can they score? They ALWAYS score! Will we score. That is the question
Hojlund in goal and Onana up top? Neither can be as bad as the other. Will probably miss most of it as stuck at in laws
It's a shame we don't have anyone that can come in for Onana and Hojlund, neither deserves to start for us atm, I'd even question if they deserve to be on the bench
Bit late but this has to be used as another chance to experiment without Onana
