The only thing I can think of to rationalise Garnacho's absence from the starting lineup is that he's a joker card for when the Fulham defence inevitably tires.

If Garnacho starts and doesn't make the impact we hope, we have no option to come on and stretch the opposition when they've dropped in energy. Whereas in this instance, we can turn the game on it's head when he comes in.

Personally I feel with Amad out, Garnacho has to start
