That is only reason which comes on my mind.Not going to even single out individual players or mistakes. In nearly 45years of supporting the club, even Moyes, LVG, Atkinsons United, the early Ferguson years.....I struggle to think of a more boring side to watch than this side so far this season.
We may have lots of injuries, but these are still nearly all international players, with a man labelled a tactical genius before he arrived, a good coach in MClaren....yet half the time we look like we are playin gtogether for the first time.....unorganised, unimaginative, unable to build from the back. I dont even particularly like Rugby but turned over against Sheffield United, Im struggling to even watch thos turrid mess.
We are barely a mid table side at the moment and even in a slower possesion based premiership this year, our football to the eye isnt light years behind City, its a long way behind several sides in or league.
