Put the best XI out there and finish this early before we rotate.

Ah, okay. I didn’t understand that, sorryI was giving a reason as to why anyone would suggest playing B team players.
I’m for full strength all the way.
What away goals?
There're no away goals.
It takes 50 hours to Cycle from Manchester to Cologne, but only 40 from Copenhagen to Cologne so Copenhagen are classed as the home side by UEFA ....What away goals?
Put it in the shed.It takes 50 hours to Cycle from Manchester to Cologne, but only 40 from Copenhagen to Cologne so Copenhagen are classed as the home side by UEFA ....
I was Joking about the away goals.
Now where did I put my Bike?
The team picks itself, and i'll be disappointed if we don't win by 2 clear goals, but if we don't start right it could be a long nervy evening. They're pretty terrible. Watched them live twice against Malmo. Absolutely toothless even at home (and lost) also nowhere near the league title in Denmark... Can't see them scoring, and can't see them not conceding. We'll win comfortably. Best team please.

Caf has an obsession with resting playersRest people for the...err...pre season fiendlies..?
SAF used to do it a bit too much too. Maybe people are learning from him?Caf has an obsession with resting players
Ya. Fields weird to be suggesting resting people when there is a cup up for grabs and a break after that.Rest people for the...err...pre season fiendlies..?
Most people suggesting it want to rest players for some weird reasonSentiment? Something about being loyal to the players that got us to this point in the first place?
Whoever wins of Wolves vs Olympiakos and Sevilla vs Roma tonight will meet each other in the QF, and the winner of that match will meet us in the Semi.Assuming we win, can we get anyone left in the semis? As in — are Inter on the same ‘side’ as us or can we only possibly face them in the final?
Going to be a hard semi for us. I think it wiill be Wolves.Whoever wins of Wolves vs Olympiakos and Sevilla vs Roma tonight will meet each other in the QF, and the winner of that match will meet us in the Semi.
Inter only possible for the Final.
Perfect, ta. Seems harder than our win in 2017.Whoever wins of Wolves vs Olympiakos and Sevilla vs Roma tonight will meet each other in the QF, and the winner of that match will meet us in the Semi.
Inter only possible for the Final.
On the road between Manchester and Cologne, of course. You just might get there in time to cheer outside the stadium. It takes 50 hours to Cycle from Manchester to Cologne, but only 40 from Copenhagen to Cologne so Copenhagen are classed as the home side by UEFA ....

Don't know what the lockdown situation is in Cologne at the minute but i'd imagine UEFA will okay 500/1000 fans being present at the QF's and SF's, and more still for the Final. On the road between Manchester and Cologne, of course. You just might get there in time to cheer outside the stadium.
OneIs this one leg or two?
Cheers
De Gea is a better player. But it is acceptable to play Romero in 1/4 as it’s not a very strong opponent. But for later stages we need the bestAnyone who seriously suggests we should start De Gea over Romero should stop making fools of themselves.
A hard semi , well I never .Going to be a hard semi for us. I think it wiill be Wolves.
For this competition we need someone who is a god safe pair of hands, not an error prone GK.De Gea is a better player. But it is acceptable to play Romero in 1/4 as it’s not a very strong opponent. But for later stages we need the best
De Gea would have easily saved the goal - the shot was not very difficult, but Romero didn’t even jump (just fell). For this competition we need someone who is a god safe pair of hands, not an error prone GK.
I seriously cannot believe people will start DeGea over Romero for this tournament. It is almost as if some people have forgotten about DeGea's horror show against Chelsea in the FA Cup semi-final.
When has Romero ever fecked up that badly?
Error prone.....feck me you dont half exaggerate. For this competition we need someone who is a god safe pair of hands, not an error prone GK.

We made it hard for ourselves because Jose was all about shutting shop once we were 1-0 up.Perfect, ta. Seems harder than our win in 2017.
He's not good enough to start unless it's a pretty weak side.To all those saying we should start DeGea I would ask this:
Have you guys completely forgotten about that game against Chelsea in the FA cup semi-final? That, and the fatct hat DeGea has been out of form for a while, committing mistake after mistake. Romero has never messed up that badly. Romero is a good player and deserves to play for the rest of this turnament. He was good enough in 2017, when we last won the Europa league and he is good enough now.
He is 27? thats crazyVarela!!!!
Look at Mike Smalling, able to afford an apartment in Copenhagen. We finally play a Danish side again, and of course it is at a neutral ground FCK's home ground is a few hundred yards from my apartment as well.
Anyway, play the best XI with Romero in goal.
