It would be good to see Sancho at some point over the next few games, but as far as I'm aware he is not yet training with the rest of the squad, so it is highly unlikely.

Eriksen, Shaw and Varane deserve a bit of a break. Bruno to be rested v Charlton, with Eriksen at No.10. Neither of these games should pose any real problems. It would be good to see a couple of the youngsters getting minutes - Iqbal, Mainoo

Varane literally didn't play yesterday. He's okay.

    I think it's likely

    Dalot - Varane - Martinez - Malacia

    Casemiro - Fred/McT - Bruno

    Antony - Martial - Rashford

    And then for Charlton

    AWB - Lindelof - Maguire - Shaw

    McT - Fred - Eriksen

Antony - Elanga - Garnacho (not sure about the forward line here: He'll want to rest Martial and I assume Rashford, but that's both of our "strikers" then so)

Maybe rest Shaw for this one and otherwise full strength? Then rest Rashford and one of the CBS (probably Varane) against Charlton, aiming for full strength v City.

    I’d go with…

    DdG

    Malacia
    Lindelof
    Maguire
    AWB

    McT
    Fred
    Bruno

    Garnacho
    Martial
    Elanga

We have not many injuries and a lot of players in great form, a situation we haven't had in years - i really hope the improvement ETH talked about when he joined the club, about raising the physics, condition and recovery methods is not only luck right now but instead that he and his staff had made a lot of improvement on this area. He got me excited already when he talked that about Varane and him having a special training program (all season long and all the time, not only the first weeks when he was building up his physics but it will stay that way because they have found what kind of fitness program he needs to stay in best possible shape and form). And of course it's only a thing they have for Varane, it's something ETH and his staff in Ajax worked with and will keep doing with all our players.

Some players need to have to speciell individuell fitness programs and it was obvious that our previous managers were not spending as much focus on the individuell fitness and we have had one of the worst injury records last 5-10 years in the league (maybe all big leagues included). I also read about how his staff has introduced special meals every day, and some players have their speciell diets for both recovering, gaining or losing weight or just staying fit.

Now back to the match and why i chose to talk about our injury situations, having players in form and players showing impressive steps as footballers both on the pitch and tactically. When we now have to chose a starting eleven for a early stage cup game, even picking the "second choice" player on their positions and keeping 2-3 key players, makes our team look very strong. I was thinking about it some days ago and felt that we don't rotate that much among the regulars when i realized we almost always keep rotating in a tactical way (we can create a thread, well i can yet, net one more "LIKE" for full member" but i have noticed a pater that we use to rotate).

So to pick a team for the game against a Everton that is falling apart basically and will kick Lampard any day now and need to build a new team, there is no balance in the team, the key players with high wagers doesn't seem to care to about the team and don't perform. They really look like they have given up the season and maybe even would benefit from dropping one division, selling the most valued players and start over with players that really wants to fight for the team and bring up some from the youth system, which they have a pretty good one.

We should beat them pretty easy if we just play our football and focus on doing the job. Because Dubravka got recalled and even if the rumor about Butland signing maybe before the game, i think De Gea is well rested and will play (Butland has been injured all season and played 0 games, contract running out this summer and rumors saying we will pay 500k fee for the signing.

    So something like this maybe:

    -------------------------------De Gea
    -----Wan Bissaka Maguire Lindelöf Malacia
    -----------------------McTominey Fred
    ----------------------------Fernandes
    ----------------Antony Rashford Garnacho

    To prove my point above:

    ------------------Heaton/Butland
    --------Dalot Varane Martinez Shaw
    ---------------Casemiro Eriksen
    ------------------Van De Beek
    ----------Elanga Martial Sancho

Two pretty strong line ups with great abilities to rotate and keep fresh legs for all fronts.

Would be lovely to hammer these and put the final nail in the coffin of Lampard's time there.

Elanga? Are you fcuking taking the mick?
Home tie vs an Everton who will be wanting to focus on the league with Charlton to follow? Perfect time to give minutes to some squad members.

Anyone knows what's our missing game ? where it will be played ? and when its going to be re-scheduled ?

Any Sancho update? This game plus the one v Charlton could be good ones for him to be eased back in if he's ready. Saw photos of him back at Carrington recently.

Go close to full strength in this game, then rotate heavily for Charlton and go full strength against Man City?

Going up for this one - so hoping to see DDG, Dalot, Martinez, Varane, Malacia, Cas, Bruno, Fred, Anthony, Martial, Rashford - lets go full strenght, Everton have to make an effort after their last run out. No complacency please!!

Anyone knows what's our missing game ? where it will be played ? and when its going to be re-scheduled ?

    There was 2:

    Matchday 7 - (A) vs Crystal Palace
    Matchday 8 - (H) vs Leeds

No idea when the rescheduling is though - opportunites are rare this season!

Even if it s FA Cup and it s at home, don t think we should underestimate this game by rotating too much.

We have Charlton next week, then City, so the rest of the team will have a full week of rest before them.

So I will rotate a bit, but would keep a strong side anyway.

    ---------------------------------------------De Gea-------------------------------------
    Wan Bissaka------------Maguire---------Lindelof--------------Malacia
    --------------------------------Mc Tominay-----Fred-------------------------------
    Antony-----------------------------------Bruno-------------------------Garnacho
    ---------------------------------------------Martial----------------------------------------

I'd go pretty strong for this but some rotation here and V Charlton.

The City and arsenal games are absolutely massive. If we win both, we might be in a genuine title race for the first time in forever.

    --------------------------------------------------------De Gea----------------------------------------------
    AWB--------------------------Varane--------------------------Martinez------------------------Malacia
    ------------------------------------------Casemiro---------------Fred-----------------------------------
    Antony------------------------------------------------Bruno------------------------------------------Garnacho
    ---------------------------------------------------------Rashford-----------------------------------------------------

Mctom, Dalot, Martial and Elanga off the bench to rotate.

We can go strong since it's Charlton next. Finally got a break in the draws.

Go with our best back 4 in Dalot, Varane, Martinez and Shaw. We know Everton will be up for it after being embarrassed at home.

    De Gea
    Dalot, Varane, Martinez, Malacia
    Casemiro, Eriksen
    Antony, Bruno, Rashford
    Martial

Rest Shaw, otherwise we should go full strength and then rest players for Charlton.

    Lineup vs Charlton:

    De Gea
    AWB, Maguire, Lindelof, Shaw
    Fred, Mainoo, McTominay
    Elanga, Rashford, Garnacho

Everton at OT is always a tough one irrespective of their form.

I love watching United play but we're playing every 3 days. We've been luck this year, we always seem to have an injury crisis.
