Their last attack, Shaw goes towards the CHs and leaves a man free again, like the goal. He's really good but his focus and spatial awareness is a flaw. Keep shape
Yeah, I've agree. After another look, I can't blame Shaw for that Everton goal. The runner had all that space in front of him and Shaw gambled on cutting that player off. The counter should really have been stopped by Fred who had 2 chances but just couldn't get his job done.
…what’s the agenda again?
Our passing is championship standard… and we’ve got one of the finest midfielders on our coaching staff.
It beggars belief.
McT has been worse than Fred
Too much space now - reckon Everton have a great chance to win this
They were actually better last season. But this season oh my my. Both are stinking the place every match.Fred and McTominay though is there a more bog standard midfield duo in the league.
Yeah there is only so many chances one can get. DVB hasn't had nearly as many chances, he should be, or anyone else for that matter. He's a liability at this point.
I'd be content never seeing him play for the club again. Matic, DVB or any of the youth team players offer way more than Fred.
We have looked really off since those subs.We play better with him on the pitch and more fluid.
shame he came off.
PREPARE TO GET OVERRUN IN THE MIDFIELD NOW
1 cheeky foul, take a yellow and that goal doesn't happen. That's not all on Fred, just someone take the yellow, get up, switch on.
Game management again.
The only Fred lover (on current form) is our manager.See all you Fred lovers. Look useless player
Was it Greenwood who just stood and watched the Fred/Gray challenge and let runners go off him?
We still had enough players to stop that goal.Whose tactic was it to put all players up front during a corner
My bad, missed that. Why cant kids leave you alone for 90mins to watch / listen to a match?Martial was injured.
If brilliant means invisible (as usual) then he was.Mct has been brilliant today.
I mean.. Wow.
Bingo. We're very easy to play against, regardless of our qualities.
Get after us, press and be aggressive, whilst keeping shape at the back, and there's a decent chance you'll get a result.
It was still a 5 on 2 or 3. There should have been no way that they should have scored.Whose tactic was it to put all players up front during a corner
