He criticized Jose's style of play and said Wenger's style was better. Even that is blowing up in his face now.
Not to mention the digs he took at United over van Gaal's sacking. Probably because he dislikes Jose for some reason, I have no idea why.
Funny, criticizing Jose's title winning teams only to spend over 100 mil to build a team of slugs. But I do hope we batter them today, I don't see them as anything more than a 9th-10th placed team in quality and form at the moment.

Jose has assembled a big physical team that should be capable of bullying lesser opposition, the problem is we sometimes don't move the ball quick enough and our build up can be predictable.
