Why does Jose keep persisting with Mkhitaryan? Even someone from the junior side could be a better investment of time.

When you want to sell a player, you 'showcase' them to increase their market value. But this 'showcasing' might lead to decrease in value the way Miki plays these days.

To be honest I actually think it’s more of a 4-1-4-1
Herrera is the only one who is sat deep, the other 4 are much more fluid

That was a great chance

    Less power, more direction, Rashford!

Can you all stop losing your heads over Micky? He's out of form, it doesn't mean he's "finished".

So quick to write off a player and so quick to label a player world class (Lemar) on these forums.
He's out of form since September.

Did that hit a disabled person in the face?

Rashford almost had an open goal there, should do better!

How come, we need better wingers/forwards for that. And a better midfield backup.
The forwards we have are better suited to not having to stay wide and track back excessively. Yeah, the other CM position needs attention for it to really work.

Mata and Mkhitaryan's heatmaps practically the same, stepping on the same areas, nowhere near our defensive central midfield.

    Think he's lacking confidence somewhat.

Another time he would have calmly sloted the ball in the bottom corner, rather than putting his foot through it.
I know. Keeping his head calm and he hits the target.

I'm so over Mkhi, he has the skills but not the heart to play here. Too much of a pussy.

We seem to be trying to stick to the same principles of play from the Everton game, with the short slick passing. Lingard's a bit hidden tonight, though.

What’s up with this crisp, fast 1- and 2-touch passing? I like it better when we play with no tempo and eventually hit a shit cross that their fb’s can clear with ease 40 times in a row.

Mkhi doesn't care anymore. He wants out, so his performance is even worse than usual. Not sure if it is advisable to play him anymore.
I'm thinking no. A youngster should be given a chance instead. Why isn't Gomes at least on the bench? :(
