No. Just missed training through personal reasons.

Oh, well hope it's nothing too serious but glad it means he should be able to play tomorrow as he's been making himself more and more important to this side IMO.

We'll get a good win today, which will quieten down some of the idiots for a short while.

I'm not saying people are wrong to be dissatisfied by the style of football, but some of the nonsense being output by the press has gone way beyond the pale.

Van Gaal is getting it in the neck more than Mourinho!

Probably the one who is going to be dropped to make room for martial up front is Herrera.

    De Gea
    Darmian - Smalling - Blind - Rojo
    Herrera - Bastian
    Young - Mata - Memphis
    Martial

    I wish.

    I'd love to see this line up;

DDG, Darmian, Smalling, Jones, Rojo, Schneiderlin, Herrera, Lingard, Mata, Young, Martial.

    Blind
    Rojo

    Carrick
    Schweinsteiger

    Mata
    Rooney
    Young

    Martial

Sorry, but I think Herrera will sit this one out after his miss, LVG seems ruthless like that..

Chose 1-0 win in the score prediction, but just don't see where the goal is going to come from. With Martial out wide, there is zero threat in the box.

What is amazing is that Everton scored 6 goals the other day.
We, on the other hand, are worrying where 1 goal is going to come from.

1-0 to us. Defensively we are good and have the Dave factor, so unless we have a slip up we should be alright. And with scoring, I'm going purely on statistical chances are that eventually one time when one of our players kicks the ball it will go into the opposing team's net. Y'know, 1000 monkeys and typewriters and all that...

Well, when teams like Leicester, Southampton and Everton have scored more goals than United in the league, then it is something to worry about. Everton nearly scored half of our total for the season so far in 1 match.

What's more amazing is that Newcastle (NEWCASTLE) scored 6 goals in one game. When was the last time we scored 6? 8-2 v Arsenal?

Got a feeling Herrera will be dropped for this. Young to the left, Rooney behind Martial. Wrong but most likely IMO

Hoping to see some changes in the front four, it just isn't working currently.

4.45am start for me. Not bothering I think.
Loads of kids to teach tomorrow.

We will smash them tonight, I'm so confident that if we don't admin have permission to change my username/tagline to whatever they like, go nuts.

If we fail to score tonight I hope they change it to
LvGs big hairy balls/My Captain shall always play

So three games against Russians at OT in Champions League and
    3 draws.

Not a great stat coming off the back of 3 draws and no goals.

    No pressure lads.

Am I an awful fan/person for hoping that Rooney picks up a knock? For the good of the team and all that, of course. Just for a few games...

Having played CSKA home and away in each of the last two seasons I can confirm that they are a bunch of diving, timewasting toerags but very good at it.
Their forwards are very good at converting their few chances so I can foresee a 1-1 in this and United feeling very aggrieved afterwards.

Akinfeev must be looking forward to this game. He still hasn't kept a Champions League clean sheet since 2006. If there's one side he'd want to break his duck against would be this united team.
    I went with a 2-0 (Martial double)

That would be the best of times.
