I know it may well be Rooneys last competitive game at OT but him up front Is just wrong! No doubt subbed at 75mins and a emotional goodbye for him. He may of declined but he's been a good player for us.

Good see some youngsters starting.

I'm excited to see Periera in goal (forgive me for spelling) I haven't got the time to watch the reserves but I've heard good things about him.

It's important Pogba get 50-60mins without picking up any knocks!

Playing Jones is too risky for my liking, especially with Smalling having a knock. Hopefully it's just for the first half.

Can't see Pogba playing the full 90. It might mean Lingard isn't starting against Ajax. Rooney definitely isn't.

9 of 11. Screw all you guys who convinced me that Mourinho said Rooney wouldn't start.

Pogba and Lingard won't go the 90 in my view. Nailed on to both start the EL final. Would also say that Smalling will start with Blind as well, I don't think his injury is serious at all and Jose rates him higher than Jones when both are fit.

As underwhelming has Martial has been, he's in better recent form than Lingard. It might just be a final test for Lingard before deciding who starts.

He actually said "probably not". Perhaps Rooney insisted on playing.
