Onana needs to quicken the game a lot more when he gets the ball. He always takes an extra few seconds more than he needs.

Agree. Ugarte will be a starter under Amorim, no question.
Think he'll also be a better player for it too.

It’s a bit harsh to expect the keeper to do this when 9 of the 10 outfield players aren’t doing it.
