    Should be strong enough, but given a draw takes us to pens, I don’t fancy going behind.
     
    I know it's said every game but the MUFC twitter has to stop with the shirt number order, you can't even click on the fecking image anymore as it's actually a link to buy a shirt :mad:
     
    Solid defence, great to see Mainoo starting. Will need Antony to really step up and dictate the attack, hard to see where the goals naturally come from even in such a relatively easy game. Shame Butland isn't involved.
     
    Will be interesting to see how Mainoo does. Are we expecting Elanga to play as number 9?

    I echo the surprise too over Mainoo starting, especially over Iqbal. Mainoo must be really something in training to get a nod over Iqbal who the majority of fans were expecting to start something like this.

    Happy we are rotating here, much needed but you never know if the manager will do it. Interesting no Lindelof or Wan Bissaka, hopefully we see Zidane come in at some point. Elanga up top I don't hate. He makes good runs. Garnacho and Antony out wide should be running this game.
     
    Where is Shola ? going out on loan? And what about brandon williams?
     
    From my very limited time seeing Mainoo, he reminds me soooo much of Pogba at the U18/reserve level. Minus some of the ridiculous long shots. Am very excited to see ETH showing some faith.
     
    Full rotation as expected. VdB's loss is Mainoo's gain. Excited to see what he can do. I wonder if he'll be at 10 or at 8 with McT/Fred ahead. Elanga will probably start at ST with Garnacho being more dangerous on the left. Bench is pretty strong, no Bruno at all is the only surprise.
     
    Never even heard of Mainoo.

    Going to need Antony to step up here. He's our most experienced attacker.

    Mainoo has looked a class apart in the youth games I've seen. I think he probably has the highest potential of the recent crop other than maybe Garnacho.

    I don't think either Iqbal or Savage have stood out as much as Mainoo at that level, but others watch the kids a lot more than I do, so I'm welcome to be corrected.
