Playing a back 5 on the last day of the season?
Rojo??- He should never be given the shirt again.

I hope the crowd stays for Ole's speech after the game, sing loudly his song and then leave the ground when the players do the lap of honour. Bloody pisstakes all of them

    I'd play
    Grant

    Valencia
    Smalling
    Jones
    Young

    Matic

    Herrera
    Mata
    Pogba

    Lingaard
    Sanchez

    subs Rojo, Darmian & Martial

Then auction them all off after the game.

    Ole said:
Ole was asked whether Sunday could be a final match in the red shirt for some of his players and replied: “Well, you never know in football. It might be your last game, but it might be the start of some careers as well, of course.

”We've had some young players knocking on the door all season really and we'll start with one or two of the kids as well.“

“I spoke to Antonio yesterday,” revealed the manager. “He's not been fit the five or six months I've been here unfortunately. He's really struggled but he feels that he could play a part and I would hope that he gets through today and tomorrow and we could give him a nice send off, because he's been a fantastic servant to the club.

”He's been Player of the Year, he's been captain at the club and I think that's only fair.

Only 1 or 2 kids to start a stupid pointless game...

And Valencia given high chance to play.

    Ole being ruthless

The damage has been done for the season, no need to be ruthless for this one. Plenty of time for that over the summer. As for playing the kids, the last thing Ole and the club want if Cardiff turning us over

If Valencia and Young are playing I would suggest that would increase the likelihood.

Sounds like we'll get to see all the clowns together one last time at least.

Here's hoping for Valencia - Smalling - Jones - Young back four. I'd happily boo that for 90 minutes.

You should never boo a player representing the club.
Those 4 players have given their all for the club, that is undeniable.

Valencia deserves this. He has been class for us. Hope he gets the reception he deserves. Never complained, and even fired his agent because he didnt feel he needed one as long as he was with us. Great servant.

For the rest they can feck themselves.

Have you ever heard Young complaining? Jones complaining? Lingard complaining?

Hoping for a game like the Palace one at the end of 16/17. Started 6 academy players that day, with Harrop scoring one too.

No. But they are shit and always have been. Val was class for us. And don't even get me started on JLingz
I can't criticise a player for not being good enough if they give their all, that's the manager's fault for picking them.

Now Martial, Lukau and Pogba , they can as you say " feck themselves.

Have we ever kicked off at 3pm on a Sunday before? Bit weird.

Just seen a sign on Great Ducie St saying something about the United v Cardiff game followed by “players needed!” And a number to call

If the player isn't going to be here next season, I'd rather that they weren't involved in the match day squad barring Valencia. I'd like him to get the send off he deserves considering this is almost a nothing game. Maybe Arsenal fail to beat Burnley and we win to finish 5th, but I think I'd be hard pressed to find anyone who really gives a feck about that. I know I don't now.

Herrera is maybe the only other leaving who I wouldn't mind getting to play. He's been great for us and I can't begrudge him leaving too much. However, I think people who won awards this week will be rewarded even more:

    de Gea
    Dalot Smalling Lindelof Shaw
    Pereira McTominay Pogba
    Greenwood Rashford Chong
    ---
Romero; Valencia, Young, Jones; Matic, Garner; Gomes

    Sunday 3pm 06.11.16: Swansea 1-3 Man Utd
Sunday 3pm 15.05.16: Man Utd 2-1 Bournemouth (postponed to Tuesday 8pm because of bomb squad)

    Sunday 3pm 11.05.14: Southampton 1-1 Man Utd
    Sunday 3pm 13.05.12: Sunderland 0-1 Man Utd

I think that this is what Ole will be thinking.
