I'm half tempted to watch City instead in the hope they score early.

Think they'll do one? Herrera fecked off down the tunnel last week at Huddersfield, wouldn't be surprised if others did depending on the score. If anyone stays to applaud them, they've got rocks in their head.
I hope they haven't the brass neck to do 1 and any fans still in the ground should turn their backs on them if they do but you never know with this group, they do appear pretty shameless tbh. I feel for the likes Mctominey who was obviously gutted after the game on Sunday. These younger players need far more help and guidence than what they're getting from these supposed top pros atm.

I really don't know how we went from that to this. What changed?
People used our fitness as the reason why. I don't know personally, but, if they're right, it's the last game so who cares if we tire everyone out now. We need to see that style again so we can have a bit of hope that it wasn't just a honeymoon period at least.

Yeah at least let's end the season on a positive note.

Play the kids/players who have been good servants and are leaving

I never want to see the likes of Martial and Pogba play for us again so give them an early holiday while we're hopefully trying to sell them in the background

There's a rumour going round that Solskjær' already sent Martial on his way and told him he's finished at United.

Play the kids & Juan Mata. Mans deserves a decent send off if he's on his way.. put his heart and soul into the city since hes been here.

    Romero
    Valencia - Lindelöf - O'Connor - Dalot
    Herrera - Garner - Gomes
    Mata - Greenwood - Chong

Subs - Grant; Smalling; Levitt, McTominay, Pereira; Elanga, Rashford

Shame Ethan Laird has been injured so much. A good chance to say goodbye to Valencia, Mata and Herrera. 3 good characters who have done better for us than most of the shower of shite we have in our squad.

There are only 2 real choices for fans to get their feelings across:

    1. mass silence - absolute quiet. No applause, nothing and just shuffle out when they come out for the end of season parade.

    Or

    2. The ridicule of mass laughter and booing - and still leave before the parade.

I've had three separate people offer me a pair of tickets each for this game; sums up what a lot of people are feeling right now. Complete apathy.

Play all the senior players and let the match be a day of rage against the poor performances and poor leadership at the club.

Playing the youth would change my present disdain. If all the stars were left out and it was just the kids with Sergio as captain that would be fun. Win or lose, make it all about the future.

Phil Jones to score his first and ever bicycle kick in his career. In his own net that is.

Never cared so little about a competitive Utd match.

Attacking wise I’d play Pogba+Rashford and surround them with the kids!

Honestly couldn't care one bit any more.. I haven't felt a disconnect with the club and (especially the players) in a long time.. ill be spending the majority of my time in the stands checking the other scores on my phone praying City don't bottle it. Last night was too much, i cant be dealing with them on sunday too.. Either way, i think ill be finding a quiet corner of a bar somewhere after to sit and contemplate life and this utterly depressing season

    Might also find me there.

    4-4-2 Diamond

    T. Chong - Greenwood
    Gomes
    Pereira - Garner
    McTominay
    Shaw - O'Connor - Lindelof (C) - Dalot
    Romero

Subs: Rashford, Pogba, Fred, Matic, Dontcare, Dontcare, Grant
Fluid front three, interchange positions, attack left, right, centre.

Dalot, Chong and Greenwood offers the right width.
Chong, Gomes and Pereira provided the left width.

Replace Shaw if we have other promising LB kid from the academy, or other promising CB kid with O'Connor instead moving to the LB.

Better to replace most of the subs with the other kids.

:annoyed: The main interest to watch this pointless (league wise) game is to see the kids playing. So if Ole could perhaps give us what we want then.... tch, kidding, Captain Young will start this.

Not watching. We play boring football. Will much rather switch between City and Pool matches.

Probably more fun to guess the excuses that will follow rather than watch the actual match.

I'll go with "it's the last game of the season the players have already checked out"

Play the strongest 11. Not because I care about the game, but because I want to postpone those feckers plans to hit the beach and let them suffer for a bit longer with the rest of us.

I hope Ole backs up his words from last week and rings in the changes for the final game of the season. The result is irrelevant, but the message it sends to the squad, the fans, the board and anyone else associated with the club, is worth its weight in gold:

Sort your attitudes out. Commit your body and soul to the club or get the feck out. Mediocrity will no longer be accepted. It ends today.

    --------------Romero------------

    Dalot--Lindelof--O'Connor--Shaw-

    ---Gomez--Mctominay--Garner---

    ---Chong--Greenwood--Rashford-

Always enjoy the last game of the season. Tends to have a different atmosphere and youngsters being used. I'd stick with only those we are planning to use next season and some youngsters to start with, a few of the good servants to the club over the years sub them on to give them a good bye, leave out the cnuts.

    De Gea
    Dalot Lindelof Smalling Shaw
    Fred
    McTominay Pogba
    Gomes
    Greenwood Rashford
    Subs: Mata, Valencia, Herrera

What's booing and walking out going to achieve? Especially if we play our youngsters, it'll just knock their confidence.

If people do boo/walk out, the players are just going to be nervous playing at home next season.

Have zero interest unless I see the team sheet and it's the kids with maybe Lindelof and McT.

Not watching any of the Fashionistas trot about any more

You know no one gives a feck when it takes this long for the thread to appear, no one barely even asks about it and even the fixture itself is wrong

I might watch in morbid curiosity if a plane or walkout is indeed planned before then but otherwise probably not.
