SAF retired and chose David Moyes as his successor. After a summer full of rumors we ended up signing Fellaini on deadline day. Moyes was sacked a few games before the end of the season. LVG was brought in and spent some money but brought a dreadfully boring brand of football with him. We struggled to score but were better defensively. A day after winning the FA Cup in his 2nd season, LVG was sacked. In comes the current manager Jose Mourinho. We signed Pogba back, and brought in other players to strengthen the squad. Despite the spending and the new manager, fan unrest continues as we can’t string together a run of convincing performances. We’re still in 2nd place in the PL but tensions are high and were in a funk. Currently 2-0 down at home to Burnly.Just checked in. Short summary?
