How many seasons did ETH have? Whose players are these? JFC is your brain that tiny you can't even think on a larger context?Defence and conceding goals has got far worst under Amorim.
EPL, League Cup & Europa....
ETH - 13 games 16 goals conceded - 1.23 goals/game
Amorim - 9 games 17 conceded - 1.88 goals/game
Approx. 50% worst.

I would say this team is good enough to beat Bournemouth 55% of the time. Unfortunately, today was that other 45%.Which is why I asked you earlier if this team, player for player, is good enough to beat Bournemouth. If the answer is yes, then regardless of who the manager is, we should be winning. Certainly not losing 3 nil, anyway.
Since when has he not been a CF hahahaNot really. Hojlund is poor. At least Zirkzee can link up play, is better offensively in the air and in all fairness he's not a CF
so shall we just sack him now ?
The stats don't tell the whole story, do they? You might as well talk to a dog than post facts like that on here
He really shouldn't be taking them. It is a bit like he doesn't get to take freekicks to much for Portugal, so is trying to do everything here instead.
That's one of our main issues. Our players are weak as piss and physically not up to itBournemouth filled with athletes, we're filled with the opposite.
He is implementing a new system.Defence and conceding goals has got far worst under Amorim.

Amad, De Ligt and Ugarte.
So you want to go from being reliant on the best chance creator in the league (this and pretty much every other season he's been here) to being reliant on a combination of the players we have (who create nowhere near as much) and a player you can't name. The stats don't tell the whole story, do they?
If most of our creativity stems from one player (which it does), then we live and die off his performances.
It's a risk and reward thing.
Bruno has no composure and has been like this for most of his career.
Difference is he could finish his dinner for the first 18 months, and now he can't score like he used to.
It's worth considering selling him before he burns out (he's nearly 30), and invest that into someone who doesn't keep giving the ball so needlessly away.
We got rid of Ten Hag because he brought in a lot of the players that produced these kinds of results.
It is what it is. This season is a write-off. Have to look to next season now.It was quite obvious to begin with that fitting our players into a 343 wpuld be more challenging than a 433. Hopefully it will work out in the end but it could be a really painful next 6 months
Spot on. Doesn’t seem to make any difference how big or small they are. No strength in any of them. This team needs a complete make over but the coffers are empty.Same crap we saw under ETH, poor final third. Stupid defensive errors. Players out muscled on the pitch
Why the feck would we bring in Amorim ? It’s the same old shite then. We’ll have to endure the rest of the season since Amorim wasn’t given a full preseason with the squad and had no say in recruitment. If the players can’t or won’t adapt to his demands then sell them.Reverse back to a back 4.
No logical analysis yeah?
Bruno, Eriksen or even Casemiro. It’s literally who Amorim played when Mainoo was out.Ok. So back to your first post regarding Mainoo. Take him out and put in who?

Yeah I thought that was weird. Down 3-0 and players like Mainoo / Mazroui gassed and not having a good game. Maybe give Collyer his debut or Antony another shot? What’s the point of 5 subs if you don’t use them…
Bournemouth filled with athletes, we're filled with the opposite.
I can’t believe they gave ETH that amount of money to spend to end up with what we got. Utter dross all of them. And now skint. This clubOnce again, two goals in as many minutes. This is not bad luck but crap defending. We need half the team replacing but no money to do it.
I thought this might be said regarding a 'player I can't name'.So you want to go from being reliant on the best chance creator in the league (this and pretty much every other season he's been here) to being reliant on a combination of the players we have (who create nowhere near as much) and a player you can't name.

Bruno can produce some great stuff like the cutback to Amad today. But, his decision-making and finishing in the final third is not consistently good enough right now. Too many misses that someone of his quality should be putting in. I’m not in favor of getting rid though. Sell Erickson and bring in another creative mid to push him.Do you actually watch our matches or just read stats ? But yeah by your logic what an error SAF made by getting rid of RVN, Beckham, Keane, Ince, Hughes, Kanchelkis all vastly superior players to Bruno and actual title winners.
There’s different levels of crap. Mainoo has been one of the worst in the squad this season. But you literally admitted that those players have been "crap" too, so what difference would it make?
No logical analysis yeah?
I agree with the concern about Amorim. I was very skeptical before he started at the club and I don't see that we have got a clearer or improved tactic with him. I understand that it is still early days and he should have a fair chance. But I'm really worried.
Lisandro clearly. Mainoo is extremely slow. Bruno slow and weak. Malacia.Other than Maguire and Zirkzee, which one of our players starting today isn't an athlete?
Bruno was almost our only player creating chances.Lisandro clearly. Mainoo is extremely slow. Bruno slow and weak. Malacia.
That's over half of our outfield starters.
Well...it was more like I felt Hojlund wasn't the right fit. His stats from his previous club was nothing to shout about and I feel that we need someone more proven as the lack of goal was glaring for us. Until we can get a proven striker, someone with possible potential is just not enough. Why didn't you prefer a 25 year old R9?
He was equally as likely to sign for us before last season as Levy was to sell us Kane.
