We have a great defence. They just decided to have an off day today3-1 is a great result considering how sloppy i think we've been in our passing.
The potential we have with this team is fantastic.Just keep this wayMaguire and Matic have been playing at walking pace. Taking far too many touches on the ball and not playing through the lines. Thankfully Bruno has been fantastic. We could score 7 here if we turned it on. We really are lethal going forward.I remember Martial scored one like that against Stoke a few years back and it got goal of the season.

Defenders get done all the time, that's how we appreciate forwards. Watch Vidic every time he came up against Torres. Keeping is different and De Gea's mistake is far worse then McGuire's. No way should a keeper let in a goal like that. Clear and obvious error, again.
They’re ignoring how Lindelof’s playing definitely.Very pleased by our ability to get ourselves back into the game after going behind. These were the kind of games we were struggling in late last year: A goal down against two compact banks of four.
We've managed to play our way back in front without panicking or pumping it aimlessly into the box against their big defenders. Very different than the game we lost against Bournemouth at their place.
I hope Rashford will take some confidence from the penalty. He still looks less sharp than Martial and Greenwood. As good as it will be to have more depth in the forward area, Mason is making himself as undroppable. 18 years old. Incredible.

Can't disagree with that. We finally have some authority in midfield and a great set of strikers on the pitch. It isn't such a struggle now to score goals, whereas in previous seasons it looked like such hard work. I’ll get my coatHappy with the score but must admit parts of our performance so far has been a little sloppy for my liking. DDG & Maguire are sleeping back there. Our short passing has been a bit sketchy. So many of them misplaced. Overall though, I’m happy with the score but I know we can perform much better than that. Bournemouth are there for an absolute hiding if we want to dish one out to them.I love this team... can score with just one moment of brilliance. Used to be toothless In attack. Couple misplaced passes first half that would have led to nice opportunities.
I like this system. If they keep the 5 sub rule that would be lovelyI was shitting me keks after we conceded, felt like it was gonna be one of those days. Excellent since then. Get in!
I apologise, Oracle xFor me, not the best first half. The oppositions counter attacks have been dangerous, they have done well to isolate our defenders and exploit the spaces in behind our full backs. Our passing game hasn’t been the best today, nonetheless we have found ourselves 3 1 up, fortunately we have shown enough fire power to get ahead. I do fancy us to score again, but this is far from over, I think Ole needs to find a way to stop their breaks.The fact that we can look lethargic and still create chances is a bonus. By recent standards we were pretty average there. Hopefully we can add a couple more and rest some weary legs.

Feels weird.Fernandes has got two assists but he hasn't been good especially his passing. Actually, our collective passing had been below average.So much quality in our team. He does it so often. Wonderful talentIn years gone by, even 6 months ago, we would have huffed and puffed, been frustrated at not being able to break them down, and gone in 1:0 behind at half-time in a game like this.
How a team responds to going a goal down says a lot about their quality and mentality. We were right on it as soon as went behind, pushing for an equaliser and then further to go ahead. That’s reminiscent of our top teams of old. Scoring against us just made us angry and we hit back hard.
Very very encouraging signs of late that we’re really going places under Ole
He might not have unbelievable games but he consistently has good games.Greenwood’s goal unsurprisingly looked like it came out of a RVP playbook.
Martial’s one came right out of a Thierry Henry playbook.I’m beginning to like this team
