A good score line to go in with at HT, considering all the non-threatening, safe possession we’ve had.
It’s all very disjointed, playing off the cuff and a bit sloppy at times, with very little fluid team play around their box.
Rashford has made all the difference in the box, otherwise our attacks would have all fizzled out.
Hopefully we can lift the performance level in the 2nd.

Leeds few seasons ago? 6-2 game, think it was 4-1 first half. Scott scored brace in the first 5 or 6 seconds of the game. Maybe 8 or 9.Wouldn’t make any changes at halftime. Bring on Zirkzee for Eriksen at some point. Let the forwards get their confidence up.

Yes I'd rather replace Eriksen with Zirkzee, in the same position and see if he gels well with Rashford
Seems so, he's lost his dribbling but on the right he uses his ball manipulation more than his skills. The shot across the keeper is much more reliable than his attempt to curl it.

I love these kind of games for the squad, nothing better than getting as many players as possible brimming with confidence & this is the perfect game for it.Want to see Garnacho continue his goal output and have the same kind of trajectory type that Ronaldo had and transition into a goal-machine.

I don't think Barnsley had a shot on or off target. We've scored 3 goals, created multiple chances, with Maguire, Evans and Collyer in the back 4 and its been a difficult watch? Its been a good routine rolling over of a team. A professional performance so far vs a weak team.Collyer not comfortable at FB. Ugarte conceding too many fouls which he won’t get away with in the PL. Antony being Antony. Bit scrappy at times but we should be looking to score at least another 4 as Barnsley tire. Eriksen looking much better in Bruno’s role.Haven’t been able to catch the game.
