Those steaming sites are full of aids on a phone though.

I have network wide ad blocking so I don't see any aids on any of my devices. But I remember the days of not having it and you would have to close about 6 or 7 pop ups before stream plays.

    Anyway back on topic.

I think it's a must win today, don't want other teams getting hopes up if we mess up. Bruno needs a goal too to end his drought.

If Maguire starts I sadly think the team is in for an uphill battle. It really shouldn't be that way, but he brings that uncertainty atm

Need a win here to keep Liverpool distant. Can’t let them think they have a chance of catching us although we have a game in hand.

If anyone has a match link later I will appreciate that very much

I’ll probably ask later too because I’m desperate and sad

Because it was originally meant to be a Saturday 3pm game, which are never televised, so those rules still carry over. A couple of the other 2pm games are the same too.

This has to be one of the dumbest rules. The 3pm blackout is to protect lower league matches being played at 3pm on a Saturday. Why does it still apply to matches that get moved?

With this not on tv legitimately in the UK and (afaics) not on national radio either, any suggestions for the best way to listen in?
I tuned in to radio Solent for the Saints away game and that was insufferable so something decent would be appreciated.
    Thanks in anticipation!:boring:

Radio 5 sports extra by the look of it.

For me, Maguire categorically should not start.

This is a must win game and Villa have everything about them to win this, especially if we're gifting space, errors and showing nerves.

Even with our first choice CB's they'd be hard to contain; Watkins will devour Maguire if he fields.

If Maguire so happens to start and does well, I'd be delighted to be proven wrong, but it's not an exercise I want to endure today.

It’s not a rule in this case - it wasn’t a game you could purchase for broadcast as a 3pm Saturday game, so no broadcasters bought the rights to show it. As far as I know, broadcasters can’t pick up extra games once the season has started, it’s all bought and paid for pre-season, so televising it was never an option.

Great, another instance of me just assuming it was on TV. Is it a rescheduled game?

I’ve got a firestick, is that what you mean?
Yes you can get them loaded so you can view all sports broadcasts and channels free from around the world. Of course it’s illegal so I would never recommend!

    Loaded with what?
I’m no technical expert but there are websites explaining it better than I can. Someone local to me does it all for you for £50 a year apparently. International sports including a channel for each premier league club showing every game live. Also all movie channels etc with latest releases.

We should be winning this. No excuses. The bench has a few decent options too

Lineup looks like it'll probably be Bruno being shifted out to the wing.

Feel like there'd be more benefit to keeping Bruno at 10 and having Sabitzer either on the wing or up front, though.

I did reckon Antony & AWB were the players Ten Hag accused of thinking 90% was good enough. Not surprised to see them dropped.

Extremely concerned by that line up. Bruno at RW? Why not play him in his best position? Starting Malacia after his recent poor performances? Why no AWB, Antony, Martial? I'm guessing we're rotating but this is less than ideal.
