Goal difference is important, so if we are playing well against Villa and winning, we should go for the jugular and try and score at least 4 or 5.
Our goal difference is already comfortably better than pools, would be more than happy with a 1-0 win, not that I will be complaining if we do score 5!Goal difference is important, so if we are playing well against Villa and winning, we should go for the jugular and try and score at least 4 or 5.
Chelsea +36, City +34, United +25 Big win against Villa can boost us to +30Our goal difference is already comfortably better than pools, would be more than happy with a 1-0 win, not that I will be complaining if we do score 5!
Besides any possible injuries, same lineup as usual.
Possibly add Shaw to keep up with Gabby
We'll go into second if Arsenal don't beat Liverpool in the morning game as well and we win.Because of the timing of the games, we'll go ahead of City as they don't play until Monday night. Need to pile the pressure on them, they could be 4th by the time they kick off.
Vital we win this.
Yeah, I'd put Shaw back if he's fit. I wouldn't mind seeing di Maria start ahead of Young either since I'm thinking/hoping this will be somewhat comfortable. Would be good for him if he could perform well at Old Trafford and get some confidence.

Shaw has no right to start ahead of Blind tbh
Fair enough, was thinking purely of sealing 4th.Chelsea +36, City +34, United +25 Big win against Villa can boost us to +30
Draw is best result as they both drop points. If one of them is to win I prefer Arsenal as I think we can finish above regardless of what they do against Liverpool. Draw best though.Well spotted. I think I'd prefer Arsenal to beat Liverpool though. Would personally like to see as big a gap as possible between us and 5th.
Maybe away but not at OT plus I've just read that AV have 9 players injured now.potential banana peel? its lower level opposition so we may be shit
Maybe the other 2 but can you elaborate on why Young doesn't deserve to play?Di Maria should definitely not play. Young doesn't deserve to play, neither does Januzaj. Can Pereira play LW?
Because he was poor today. His form over the last couple of games hasn't been anything special imo. He obviously scored that goal against Newcastle, but he doesn't create or score enough at the moment. He has had a great season, but most of his good performances came as a left wingback.Maybe the other 2 but can you elaborate on why Young doesn't deserve to play?

Phew! He would have bossed our midfield. We're lucky they wont be able to play Clevs.
Would like to see...
