The players will turn up today, but only because we're going to sit with a low block and Arsenal aren't going to press high.
If we sit with a low block the shot count will be in the 50's, six of the easiest to save will get through, and we'll be left dragging our feet, we at least have to make a fight of it.

If we play open we'll lose by 6 clear goals. There's no fight to be made of it, look at the Palace game. He's going to start Casemiro at CB again.

Waited by the tunnel. Didn't see Bruno or Rashford come.

    Onana
    Wan Bissaka Evans casemiro Dalot
    Mctominay Mainoo amrabat
    Antony Hojlund Garnacho

Maybe kambwala in and Casemiro in mid. Amass on bench. Other youth guys I didn't recognize. That's about it.

The last time we played Arsenal
I unfortunately only heard that one on the radio as was driving so I’ll take your word for it. But didn’t we play pretty well then?

Honestly just give me any kind of result, please! I want something to smile about.

Not bothered either way who wins the title.

With our decrepit squad it would also seem there's not much point putting too much in before the final, we don't have much energy for more than one game a month.

I lived through the Arsenal rivalry but maybe how they were rubbish for a decade and we've followed suit make it more us and some London club again, I grew up with the north west being the hot bed of football and home to European Cups. It's more like PL title history which made it great rather than a real club rivalry. Their squad and manager vs ours at that time.

It will be interesting to see if us at our poorest and Arsenal at their best for a long time, can they actually come here for an easy high scoring win. This might be the day but in general this tie doesn't have that foreboding ring to it and there is a lot pressure on them. I think this tie would be quite difficult for them if we had couple of players back and slightly better fitness, no cup final.

We did! Which is why I'm hoping we'll do it again. Ten Hag still talks about that game as the moment his plan was coming together.

Must be a lot of Arsenal fans on here judging by the score predictions. I have a sneaking feeling that we will pull a rabbit out of the hat and win this 2-1.

Maybe Mctom can play cb and Casemiro in midfield

Have you got Monday nights lottery numbers as well?

Yep! Bunch of youngsters I didn't recognize. Wheatley there too. Both Heaton and altay on bench
Nice one! Where do you go pre game? I’m up here for the first time in a good few months, in the hotel football roof at the mo.

Class mate, stadium tour is great isn’t it?
Yeah, especially first time being here, great experience for sure.

Also, just in terms of the players coming in... Didn't realise they all just drive in individually. Robson, Brailsford and Ten Hag the first few in, Eriksen and Hojlund the first players a solid hour before Wan bissaka who was the last one. Garnacho or Onana didn't stop to sign or take pics with anyone, Hojlund, Eriksen, Mainoo, Evans, fletcher spent tons of time signing for fans. Just little things but a bit of a dick thing from Garnacho and Onana IMO, the others all took the time (bar Wan bissaka who seemed to be rushing).

Edit: seems onana did sign a bit at the start, didn't notice

Your first time?! Ah enjoy both of you :D

yeah you can learn a lot just from small interactions from people!

Please give you a win for your first time! Come on!

Can't remember the last time I felt so unenthused about a match.

In the unlikely event we win (and yet I wouldn't put it past this team to randomly show up when least expected to) we gift city the title. If we lose, it's just another utterly depressing defeat, miss out on Europe entirely and city probably still win the title regardless.

Just want this season to end. I feel like I've said that three seasons in a row now. Then I can enjoy the football feast that is the Euros, whilst spending three months joint top of the table

Unenthused is exactly how I feel as well.
