Yes, I think you're right. We like to think these things are instant but it is a mix of personnel, time on the training ground and just players performing. I'm sure Ole wants us to slow it down sometimes, we don't really have players that comfortable at doing so, nor someone like Carrick or Scholes who were able to control the tempo.

Our players are too far apart and the 2 DM's are holding us back.This lineup is full of dead avenues unfortunately. Telles-James is never going to be as good as Shaw-Rashford, Matic and McTominay is a very uncreative midfield and everything down the right dies with AWB and Greenwood. Mason just isn’t effective that far from goal.Ole grips my s##t when it quite clear we are not at it and he just sits there talking into his hand to colleagues. Once again the warning signs were there and he doesn't do any thing pro active at all.
