Yup. 0-0 would be a fair reflection of the match in the 1st half.The funny thing is that the ball from Bruno to AWB was poor as it was a super hard pass to execute and he sort of rushed it to force the chance.....but it made AWB chase for it and made Grealish desperate to defend, which created the penalty.Need to make sure they don’t fly out the blocks second half. first 10-15 minutes of a second half we normally look shiteNeed to make sure we don't concede in the first few minutes of the second half. It's the kind of time we seem to be more susceptible to letting in a cheap goal.
Need to get Garnacho on as the second half goes on and also replace Eriksen.Whatever the final score I’m proud of the team ETH has built. We need a young and physical midfielder in the mould of Casemiro. And a number 9. If we do, I think we will surprise many next season

I keep Sancho but I'd strongly consider McTominayI wouldn’t mind mctom and garnachoI fear Eriksen might be finished as a top playerAverage from both teams. Dull match. Sancho and Eriksen isn't strong enough on the ball and don't have the mentality to play in a final. Hopefully replaced by McT and Garnacho.
I try not to think of Maguire. McT can be vaguely useful as a squad player but expect him to goOther than our own errors, they aren't creating lot themselves. We need to be better on the ball when we win it back. Also need some more bite and incision upfront. Sancho and Eriksen are non-existent.

We all know why..Listening to some of the half time analysis you'd think city were winning 4-0. City were OK but I thought united have done ok. It would be nice to have someone to hold the ball up but united are managing this well. One thing and not a criticism of eriksen but when united don't have much of the ball he's a bit of a passenger.Slowly ground our way back into. To be honest I thought City were going to just pummel us with how they started. Its super important we keep them from scoring early in the 2nd half. The lads are working their socks off when out of possession so Im hoping that doesnt hurt us later in the game.

Other than the world class goal by Gundogan, I thought we did really well in the first half. Pressed well and have limited City to very few opportunities. We've also had some good passing interchanges.
Going into the second half, we need to be a bit braver going forward. There's goals in it for us.
