Expectation: Draw 1-1. We score first early in second half, then defend like mad until 85th minute when Lindelof missed a header from a corner. Then hanging on for the draw. Huge sigh relief in the end. Still top of the league.
Disaster: Lost by more than 2 goals. Totally dominated and with no shots in target. Ole out!

McTominay has been very poor for a while now, big game or not. Good to see Bailly, Shaw and Pogba fit.

Yeah totally agree. It would have been great now over the next couple of weeks with the build up to both of the games. I think that we are capabale of winning both and just as easily losing both, losing both would be a bad news story.I'm hoping for the below. Matic shouldn't be dropped for this one. Hes been very good recently and offers great composure. We frequently keep clean sheets with him in the side also

I remember the game a good few years ago when O'Shea scored at the death after the worst performance.

The lack of a crowd will probably help. I can't imagine playing football with 100% concentration with the faces and noises that lot have on top of you around the pitch!Same formation as against City please, only with Bailly starting ahead of Lindelof and if Martial can't start, then Cavani for him. We need to exploit that really slow CB Liverpool have, can't remember his name, so Martial would have a slightly better chance on him.Probably the most nervous/excited I'll be for a league game since RVP's winner at the Etihad that propelled us to win the title.
