Fantastic result. Great performance overall. Should of killed the game after the Gerrard red which was our biggest mistake of the game. But it really does look like the corner has been turned now.

The meltdown once we face the top teams is truly on isn't it. Liverpool were gonna school us because we were lucky all season. Makes you laugh doesn't it. We should be at least 7pts ahead of Liverpool after the next round of games as I can't see them winning at Arsenal. I think with that, barring a real meltdown we will finish in the top 4.

feck me. What drama. We never do it the easy way!!

Brilliant performances from everyone other than Rooney. Real shitshow from him and the missed penalty took the cake. Actually quite angry with Rooney for not showing more leadership. After gerrard got sent off there was a period where we were flying into tackles (Jones) and giving away the ball. The goal we gave away was cheap too and the ball lost by Carrick of all people. Real limp performance from Wayne today and we need him to have more cutting edge in the next few big matches.

I thought ADM's introduction was bitter sweet. He set up Mata's second beautifully but then proceeded to give away the ball time and time again. Could have put in a better cross for Rooney on that 2 v 1 breakaway as well. I love that he takes risks but when they don't come off it looks terrible. Then of course he was the one who put Blind through on goal which ultimately won us the penalty.

Nonetheless, what a great performance and result. The best I've seen us play at binfield in years. We bossed them in the first half and should have killed them off in the second. With players coming back and getting the right mix together we will only get better. I would have loved to see us put 3 or 4 past them and we surely would have in years past.

Mata and Herrera are my co man of the matches. They dominated the midfield in a way that we did when Scholes/Keane/Becks/Giggs were around. What an important result and skrtel/gerrard are some dirty scouse cnuts.
