Poor performance. We seem very nervous. Darmian, Martial, Mikithariyan, Lukaku, Smalling at times. Lindgaard comes on and I'm not sure what he is doing at all. It has highlighted the lack of confidence and leadership in the team. Big games, need players to play well. Matic and Young have been superb, Herrera too, workmanlike and responsible. De Gea is just De Gea. It's not about technical their attitude has been great and we need it. We miss Pogba in games like these, big, big, big time.

This game (so far) highlights my fears regarding the limitations of the squad. Doesn't mean I am knocking the players, but we shouldn't be as flat as we have been. It's why I want us to be linked with the likes of Ozil, Griezeman.. more quality, presence, and class. Miki was really poor today, in what was our first real test. Martial doesn't really impose himself. Lukaku hasn't provided the type of target man we need.

Not good enough for Manchester United. So far.
