    I can't confess to being anything but seriously nervous about tonight. Biting my nails already.

    If Zlatan gets a few tonight, we'll be singing his name for years.

    Ah I see, yeah that's a worry if that is the case. Klopp might just try and outscore us and it may work!

    It's not as if one of the players would've leaked it personally... You see and hear a lot of stuff if you're living in Liverpool, and more often than not stuff like that is pretty accurate. Journalists have been able to name our starting XI based on the color of the jerseys in training in the past as well.

    I just hope Lallana is fit so that Milner can stay at LB. We're fecked if Moreno plays.

    Mane will be on the right as usual with Coutinho on the left (if that is the team personnel), Milner will be the one tracking back from midfield to help out Moreno and thereby leaving gaps there. I hate this idea after Milner has already proven how solid he is at LB, it seems insanity to bring that walking minefield Moreno back.

    Im nervous as feck.
    Just hope our players are mentally prepared for whats coming,i think Liverpool will go at us from the start and press us hard.I fear Liverpool will do to us what Arsenal did to us last season when they played us off the pitch and were leading 3-0 after 20-30min.
    Hopefully Mourinho has a good plan for tonight.
    Line up,tactics and subs must be spot on if we are to get anything in my opinion.
     
    Martial wasn't in the pictures of them warming up in the car park this morning.
     
    I dont think he will start Lingard after the way he played against City.

    The Liverpool love-in is in full swing and it appears that they are the favourites according to the majority of pundits on Sky and the bookies.

    I'd take a draw now if you ask me, but I do hope we can cause an upset.
     
    Mkhitaryan and Martial didn't join the squad so we have Lingard and Rashford starting I assume
     
    Based on current form Liverpool are the favourites. If we don't get a positive result tonight it puts more pressure on the Chelsea game next week. Personally I would take 2 points from both of these games now, but I think Liverpool have the edge tonight. The first 20 minutes will be important to stay tight and not concede, as they will come at us all guns blazing. Hopefully we can stand strong and build on it from there.
     
    I'd take a draw all day long from this. We'll have feck all attacking wise from the bench if Martial is out so hopefully it's not a repeat of the city game where we're steamrolled in the first half.

    Same. Was feeling confident before thinking it would be Martial and Mkhitaryan on the wings....rashford and lingard :nervous:
     
    Is Martial really out? Not even on the bench? If true, what's going on, he just about getting into a better rhythm and he likes playing against them, had him as a starter, now don't know what to do :(
     
    This is the time i hate. Its 3.5 hrs to kickoff and i cant pass the time. I think an hour has passed and then i see its been 10 mins. Last 4 hours-1 hour is absolutely shit. Hurry up !
     
    Mata Has to play now because we'll need creativity coming from the middle. With none of Martial and Miki on the wings I don't expect much from those sides.

    Lingard runs a lot and has energy but doesn't do much else and Rashford doesn't work on that left wing. Though he'll play for his goalscoring threat but I don't expect him to create much.
