We where much better in the first half. Should have been up 3 - 0 before halftime. But a win is a win

impressed with dalot, has improved a lot since ten hag has took over.

Ok. But...they didn't and he did, correct? Can we not credit our player for something he did without weirdly knocking him because 'anybody could have done it'?
I’m not saying he should be chastised for it, I’m just saying I wouldn’t read anything into it. It was just about the easiest assist you could make. I’d judge him more on what he did either side of it, which wasn’t all that great.

The win is the most important thing even though we haven’t played great in the second half. But the last three games we have stepped off the gas after a good start. We need to start killing games off.

Really? what i see is someone jogging about and cant be arsed
Eriksen and Bruno have run their socks off not Rashford.
Disagree, don’t let Rashford’s age fool you
Kidding right? outside of today. Rashford rarely presses.

When so many people disagree, I am probably wrong. Would be good to know running distances and sprints.

Phew, 2 big wins and cleans sheets away from home.

Building blocks, this is not how the team will look and play by the end of the season but small steps, they need to get some belief back.

    Varane has been magnificent again.

We are becoming a one nil specialist. Hardly convincing but if we start to click up front, ie start our only cf as the cf we might start scoring more.

Got the win and a clean sheet. 1st half very good. 2nd half, started very poorly but Leicester are really lacking any confidence/belief in themselves.

Happy to get the win. A much tougher test on Sunday coming up now.

I think Ronnie did well when he got on. If he keeps putting in that effort, he will be an asset. Just needs to settle down now.

Phew. We aren't playing well but we are picking up points at least. I'll take that. But surely, these peformances have to pick up and we need to stop giving the ball back to the opponent so easily. That is the main thing that puts us under so much pressure. Keep the ball and we will be OK.

Can`t see Ronaldo getting back in ahead of Rashford or Elanga playing like that, awful.

Ronado had good link up play but his decision making was questionable especially at the end when he could have played a simple ball through but almost end up costing us a goal by losing possession.

if we had a better attack available we win this game 3-0 comfortably, Ronaldos pass to no one in injury time basically sums up his season so far, what little of it he has been available for.

Delighted with the result but lots to improve upon. Very happy after the first 2 results.

    Varane and Lisandro were solid
    Dalot very good
    Malacia too
De Gea did his little bit well
Eriksen was solid but not spectacular
    Bruno was fantastic
Mctominay was MOTM. Fair play to him.
Sancho wasn't up to much barring the goal
    Rashford was a mixed bag
    Elanga was alright

Casemiro gave it away a lot
    Ronaldo did very well

Can`t see Ronaldo getting back in ahead of Rashford or Elanga playing like that, awful.
It‘s kinda sad cause Rashford is also a shadow at the moment, wouldn’t make the team sheet in any of the other top 6 teams, just so average. And still, 1 month into the season and lots of training, Ronaldo seems completely broken and is miles away from the starting11.

They're drained of confidence but they won't be down there for long I don't think - that's a very good result for us. Our record against them in recent years is dire.

Favourite moment bar the goal and the final whistle was Dalot celebrating his defending! He's had a good couple of games.

    Varane was superb.

I'll take the win. Leicester played hard and smart ball all day. Our boys weathered it and held on, not ideal but they did have their chances to get breathing room.

Ronaldo will get a lot of criticism in this one but he did some good things. Couple lazy passes, his value will go up when you have a better rw threat feeding that ball into the box.

Case had a bit of a rough start, but I"m sure some of that is getting used to his teammates and their tendencies.

We're in the top 5 folks. Don't know about you but I'll take that too and consider it to be remarkable given the first two games this season.

I reckon he'll pick Casemiro, McTominay and Bruno and the CAF will implode.

Scotty will play well and people will spend the evening trying to tell us why he didn't again.

    I reckon I'm psychic.

Three points against a bogeyish opponent and injuries. We'll all take it, but we all want to see better performances.

We haven’t solved the problem of all of our frontline players being poor or incapable of the physical and frontline defensive duties.
They don’t comprehend what pressing requires. They’re all afraid to get close to, or present any aggression or physical challenge, allowing the opposition to play out from the back with ease.

2 away wins in a row. 2 clean sheets in a row. This is progress, the football will get better.

Good result. Could have scored more but glad to see some resiliance, we weathered a rough patch well. Varane runs the back line so well:cool: Bruno and Mctom very good also. Are there signs that Ronaldo is falling back into line? It'd be a real bonus to have him firing.

11/10 for the away crowd, best in the league by a distance:devil:

Ronado had good link up play but his decision making was questionable especially at the end when he could have played a simple ball through but almost end up costing us a goal by losing possession.
We desperately need a striker. Martial is so injury prone, we need an alternative up front next window.

It‘s kinda sad cause Rashford is also a shadow at the moment, wouldn’t make the team sheet in any of the other top 6 teams, just so average. And still, 1 month into the season and lots of training, Ronaldo seems completely broken and is miles away from the starting11.
Hopefully when Antony gets up to speed we can build a quick, energetic front three out of Rashford, Elanga,Sancho, Martial and Antony.

impressed with dalot, has improved a lot since ten hag has took over.
There was always a good player in there. People just dismissed him because we had a hack like Ole steering the ship. Always knew with a proper coach that he would be an excellent RB and it shows.

impressed with dalot, has improved a lot since ten hag has took over.
And an excellent chemistry with Varane, Martinez and Malacia too. It's really the first time in many years that I feel our back 4 are working like a single reliable unit.

Can`t see Ronaldo getting back in ahead of Rashford or Elanga playing like that, awful.

I think Ronaldo can work in this team. He actually needs to just buy into the system. He looks angry, needs to get his head in the game.

He is still very quick, he’s just looked disillusioned to me. If he can get over himself he really could click with this new look United.

We are still disjointed, although the defence looks much better, we lack the spark in transition from midfield to attack which is why we have only scored 5 goals in 5 games, this will be a huge issue unless it improves and soon, can’t help feeling that we will see this improve when we have a settled Ronaldo, Fit Martial, On Form Rashford and Sancho, Antony trickery and Elanga pace scares teams, I’d still take Depay on a free now just to bolster the squad.
