Rooney still needs to think twice and a couple of seconds to make a square pass.
Don't forget Micki for Jesse. So, is this his first choice XI with Smalling and Pogba in for Blind and Fellaini?
Yeap....Rooney still needs to think twice and a couple of seconds to make a square pass.
Champions spot: United, Leicester, City, Chelsea, Arsenal, Blackburn
FA Cup spot: United, Arsenal, Chelsea, City, Wigan, Portsmouth, Liverpool, Newcastle, Everton
So 10.
Just from a glance at your side, it's incredibly immobile other than Martial. Pogba's going to add some much needed drive to that midfield, can see him fulfilling a similar role to Dembele for us, just with a lot more quality at the end of it.
I'd imagine Smalling will replace Bailly.
Not seen many predicting Lingard to still be in there.
Especially with Zlatan, Pogba and Mkhitaryan to help carry some of the weight on his shoulders.First chance for Martial to run at his man, does well.
Think we'll see a better season from him, not being weighed down by the pricetag or expectation.
No way im 99% sure it'll be bailly+smalling as first choice
We've still got to assimilate Mikhitaryan into the team too. Although yes, I cant see us dropping Rooney for him. It will likely be Lingard.
That's what I think.
Blind was a consistent starter last season.
And perhaps after assessing the squad and speaking to our coaches, he realises that Blind is actually one of our best CBs.
Don't forget that Jose likes players who can stay fit - he doesn't have time for sicknotes, so I expect P.Jones to barely get any games, even when he is fit.
He got lost in the tunnel.Phil Jones not even made the bench? Worrying for him that.
Don't forget the blonde bombshell - he might be fit to play once or twice this season.Until Bailly exposes himself as not quite ready and Blind goes back in.
Felaini and Ibra gives United an extra 15"Maybe Mourinho has set piece defending in mind when he selected this team. We were fecking woeful last year in that area.
Shot on target
Ibra must be thinking wtf he's gone from having ADM behind him to Rooney who takes precisely 4 mins to decide what to do when he gets the ball
