Not too bad on balance.
Going forward, its like night and day from last year. Even though we're not rampant right now, you can just tell the difference from last season. The runs, the angles of the passes, the invention. Total difference.
Unfortunately two goals in the first half should put you in control of the match, but not today. Our back four were pretty poor. Rafael did little, the other three made too many mistakes. Blackett at least did some positive stuff to address the balance, but I think the goal was his fault.
Blind has had to put in a shift to cover the back four. If he hadn't I doubt we'd be in front.
Add to that another injury to Evans and what should be a walk in the park looks like being a really tough 45 minutes.
