The decision on Rafael was awful, but Rafael's decision making after that was immature and cost us badly. The second pen was blatant. Everything else has come from defensive errors and organisational errors. We can't keep having a wake up call every other week, it is awful.

    Full-time (90+6')
Did not expect that... did NOT expect THAT.

So as feared, the defence is a bit of a problem. United looked very good going forward at times, scoring three goals, but once they conceded the penalty that made it 3:2 they fell apart at the back, conceding 5!

The injury to Evans and the red card for Blackett means United could be struggling for personnel at the back for the next game against West Ham.

    Not a good day.
People blaming the ref are fecking embarrassing.

Clattenburg is not the reason we've fecked this up from 3-1 up to 5-3 down.

No second goal. game goes on... He is not the sole reason we have lost this game. But that decision totally changed the momentum of the game...

Should have been on in this game, what the feck is LvG thinking about?

Maybe that hes just back from injury and is obviously not quite ready? But i'm sure you know whether he's ready or not better than him

Can't blame Rafael for the first penalty as he hardly touched the player. Doesn't excuse bottling it and defending like the team is brainless.

Rafael did the same against Bayern. His fanboys forgot his mistakes while he was injured it seems.

Once again Di Maria was our best player, so what do we do? Sub him. Makes complete sense.

Our defence is shit, but our main weakness is psychologic imo. We begin every game shaky and you just need 5-10 unlucky minutes and our team fell completely apart. van Gaal needs to work on that.

When a refereeing decision as bad as that first one was goes against you at a time where you're thinking about making changes, how could it not have such a negative effect? Unreal amount of bullshit. LVG will have to work hard now to restore confidence along the back-line. It has to be said, Rafael is alright and everything but he's so fecking unlucky I'd probably never play him again just for superstition.

    Clattenberg steals the show.

You lot are embarrassing. I am a newbie and I want newbies to be banned from commenting on match day threads...
RAWK at its best when we lose. We are all high and mighty when they lose and we display the same shit here.
Get it together, and get a life. It is just a game.

I'd ban them on individual basis, their are some who are clearly lunatics.

This is going to be a tough place for any team to come to.

As gutted as I am, Leicester showed tremendous fighting spirit - even if Cuntenfeck helped them towards it.

Clearly a centre back and not a fullback by trade. With Blackett out I suppose he gets a run in the centre now. Might actually be a good thing because Luke shaw needs to play at left back.

Even if he plays at CB I would be worried. He hasn't won any 1 on 1 duels in this game. Serious work needs to be done to our defence.

But they were still inexcusable from a defensive perspective.

Nobody is denying that. Clattenberg has to take the blame though, we were in total control with a 2 goal cushion pushing forwards with confidence and had them retreating into their own half fearing an absolute battering.

He gifted them a goal and all of a sudden they are 1 goal behind and throwing players forward with nothing to lose. Genuinely one of the worst refereeing decisions I have ever seen. Inexplicable and he should be held accountable for it, however he won't. He'll slip off to his room, out the back door and into a cloak of silence and protection under the FA.

We lost this game in our mind first specially after the second goal.
Mata and Januzaj also a very big question mark.
    Very disappointing.

Can we send Fellaini to beat up that cnut referee??

    And Vardy too. Double cnut.

defence was poor, but my god Clattenburg changed the game completely. Övrebrö or however the guy is called that whistled the Chelsea-Barca game would have been proud of his performance today. Absolutely changed the momentum of the game the fecker.

When i wrote that smalling is shit i was slaughtered here on rc. People wrote he is new rio, future, etc.. Etc.... Well what about now?

This is the key. He didn't need to get up and run towards the guy. Blackett was there.
He could have avoided giving the striker the chance to go down.

There were many times in this game where players didn't know who was going for the ball. They kept deferring to each other.

We will never win the league this season. Still confident of a 4th place finish as Spurs & Liverpool are worse than us.

di maria and falcao should not have come off..we seemed to at least look like pulling it level when they were on.rooney should not be captain,it is affecting his game and van gaal is reluctant to sub him.Blind was exactly that blind all match

Defence was shite but the ref lost us the game with that pen, not two ways about it. Gave them belief and lifted the crowd at a time we were well on top.

How can such refereeing be allowed in the supposed biggest football league in the world? It's just insane, like I was watching the refs from the Bulgarian league, unacceptable and something the club has to speak up about, it's been happening all season, this was just the last drop!

Did not expect that... did NOT expect THAT.

I watched the game until United was 3:1 up and switched to Wolfsburg vs. Leverkusen and suddenly I see the 5:3 result for Leicester. What the hell happened here?

Vardy is a disgrace of a player.

Only bright side in Ander, Blind, Di maria and to a certain extent Falcao.
Still the RVP needs to do more in games.
