I tell ya what, Blackett's not bad is he?
Evans is a player that makes mistakes on daily basis and he does a bunch of mistakes in every match, do you remember the past few games? All the defenders that are in the squad are better and much more reliable at the back, that includes Jones, Blackett, Rojo and Smalling.Every single player in every single game makes at least one error at some point in the game. Next time Evans plays you will only make a comment about him when he makes that error.
If you made comments with a certain level of balance you wouldn't get nailed. Its essentially a new team playing a new system under a new manager. Going forward we look better, at the back we still have work to do.
Until we sort our defence out I agree. We're screwed when we play a good team
I think he's been poor so far today.
u are joking right?Blind is actually playing shit and loosing out alot of duels. Blackett cleaning up most of his mess. Impressive by the youth product

Wonder what Souness will say about Angel "no end product" Di Maria.
Yeah i noticed that lolWhy is Alan Smith constantly referring to "Wes Morgan" as "Wes Brown"?
As long as we play this sexy attacking football, I'm not too bothered about the defense, it will get better with time, for sure.
I know a lot has been said about his pace over the years, but Rooney was rapid on that break with di Maria. Certainly still has it in him.
Given the ball away a fair few times leaving us exposed at the back.how exactly? easily one of our better players
Is it just me to think that Blackett and Blind has our best defensive players?
Had we not fallen asleep immediately after scoring, we may have led 3 or 4 goals to nil.
That remains to be seen pauldy. We ain't seen Shaw yet! Exciting times to be a Utd fan again.I think Blind will turn in to one of out best buys ever.
I shudder to think how we would be doing without our summer signings.
It has to be said, Rojo has had a shocker in the first half. Defending and going forward.
I shudder to think how we would be doing without our summer signings.
