He can do this, but the question whether he can bring the consistency, the composure, the playmaking that's needed, especially in this position, if he's to keep it. Because of those available, I'm not sure if he will be replaced anytime soon, but if Amorim wants playmaking side midfielders, I am not sure if Dalot can bring what you need to really own that position, nor do I think it will be easy to trust him as one of the three closest to Onana.

Well yeah the opposition can always choose to play in the congested area, but most will attack the space which with only 1 wide player on each side rather than the usual 2 will always be out wide. As long as we can keep our back 3 connected I think we'll be fine defensively, but expect to see a lot of counters down the flank.
