Jon Moss looks a bit like Trump's press secretary. He's as big a moron, too.

Our use of the ball has been horrific. We have never looked under control. For all that though we shouldn't be 1-0 down. The ref gave that pen solely because Herrera had got his back up by chatting back.

That penalty was a shocker. But we don't even look like we're going to score in this game. This performance was so predictable after the lineup came out. You can't just throw 11 players on and expect to put a good performance. There is no balance in this lineup.

Vaguely reminiscent of LvG's tenure; utterly woeful. Hull by far the best side and have dominated throughout while looking very comfortable at the back.

Well I've seen the penalty incident several times and I'm none the wiser as to what the offence could have been.

    Baffling decision.

We totally havent turned up. Just trying to see the game out. Paul Pogba has been literally walking.

If we end up fecking this up I will be pissed.

    Wake the feck up lads.

Terrible first half. The problems are obvious. The defenders (mostly Smalling and Darmian) have been horrendous in possession. The midfield is asleep with Herrera having a shocker.

Only Rashford has been decent in attack causing problems for Meyler.

All in all a flat performance. Jose is going to give these guys an absolute bollocking.

I would say Carrick has been absolute shite but shite is actually visible.

A poor performance. The penalty was soft but the goal itself is not undeserved. Hull is clearly the better team so far.

I have learned over the years to enjoy it

Although I'm annoyed when we conceded it is amusing to see some posters go from one extreme to the other
Yeah I will refrain from challenging the numpties throwing hissyfits because we are not 4-0 up and laugh at them, it's easier!

Pogba is playing how you play against kids, doing skills and taking the piss.

34 of the most uneventful minutes I've ever seen on a football pitch that sounded like it was inside an 60's discotech, and then we gave away a soft pen that was dubious at best. We need to wake the feck up, no energy in our performance at all.

They get their fat paychecks whether they give a shit or not.

Yeah that's my point, they seem half arsed. Problem is though that imo they've looked about as shit in at least last two games too. Maybe apart from Herrera but still, Pogba and Carrick have been abysmal, Herrera's dropped his standards compared to before too.

Our fullbacks are Rojo and Darmian and our wingers are Rashford and Lingard it's not really a surprise we aren't producing anything going forward.

Herrera has been crap for quite some time now. Carrick looks old and Pogba turned shit since the Pool game. We have absolutely no midfield. Pair this with a guy like Lingard that has done feck all so far and a pair of CBs that can't bring the ball out of defense to safe their lives and this is what we get.

Just got home. What in the name of Rooney's matetnity bra is happening?! Does this Utd squad not want a Wembley final?

Who have been the worst offenders?

We've looked like we think the tie is already sorted and we just have to turn up. Jose needs to smack a few arses at half time.

We were never going to be going hell for leather but we've got zero control of the ball and look nervous. If we aspire to be a top team challenging for honours on a regular basis we need to be able to handle these types of situations.

Penalty mystery aside, weve been shocking. We've got players who can't even pass the ball

The main difference between these two teams today is motivation and work rate.
Remove all expectations from squad strengths and abilities, and you'll easily see it's the better technical side that's suffering from complacency.

I feel sorry for Pogba and Zlatan today.

Zlatan is so incredibly isolated, he gets the ball pumped to him and is surrounded by 5 Hull players with no one to play off. Pogba is trying to pass the ball forward but he has no one to pass to. Rashford and Lingard have to try to attack too but they can't because we have a CB playing leftback=no overlap and the worst at attacking RB I have ever seen Manchester United play.

Despite Liverpool losing yesterday we ought to take a leaf out of their book this game. Just press up the pitch with our attacking players in between the lines and have Pogba and Carrick play behind pumping the balls to them.

Really poor. And you could watch that penalty decision 20 times and still not come to the same conclusion as this ref. Can't use that as an excuse though, we've just been shite.
