Considering McTominay has to cover for Carrick, Matic needs to go forward more rather than sitting besides Carrick. Right now all 3 of them are close and hardly cross the halfway lineWe've got three pretty defence minded players in a midfield three, and we look just as open today, than we did with Lingard, Pogba and Matic against Newcastle.
