Not had a right winger since Valencia became a fullback.Doing pretty good I thought apart from Martial and AwB.
AwB got caught out of position a couple of times. Martial.. I don't know what he's up to. I think James can do a better job than he's currently doing.We never get our big players playing well in unison. It’s like only one can be in the limelight at any one time.
AWB was class against Villa and Liverpool.SO many stupid or lazy players in the squad. Need to get rid of them.Well, I'm happy we keep Fulham pinned back but our attack has been looking worryingly toothless for a while now. None of the front three are really in the game - yeah, I know, Cavani scored but still - and while we can bring on Rashford, we haven't looked much better with him either in the last few weeks.Difficult first half but we are in level at there break so not a disaster by any means. Think we are too open when the ball is turned over, especially down the right hand side as Wan Bissaka is not getting back into position quick enough. It was a penalty on Fred IMO, disappointed VAR didn't call it.Greenwood is hopeless.

As always this season we can have a little confidence in our bench. It's hard to explain but the drop off of martial Greenwood and rashford (less so) this season could end up being disastrous. Throw in an extra 10-15 goals between them over the course of a season and it could change everything.Fred should get a penalty! I don't know why people keep insisting it's a blip. He wouldn't get in any top team in Europe, he has not improved in his entire United career.
He's the best finisher at the club (maybe you could say Cavani) and he's being shunted out to the wing.A element of why Greenwood has ben ineffectual is also likely down to AWB inability to get down the touchline to take players away from Mason. Mason has no outlet down his side. Basically, we need a offensive minded RB for support.Greenwood should be played as a striker, he's offering nothing when playing on the right.
AWB is very poor so far, but that is what you get when you don't have any competition for your place in the team.
What's going on with Martial I really don't know, expected him to kick on from very good season he has had last year, but seems like he're going backwards with developement.Decent half. Bad start. Really dominated, which is good as our midfield partnership of Pogba and Fred is working. Bailly, Maguire and Shaw look really good too. AWB looks poor today and his awareness has been off recently. Our big issue so far is our productivity out wide. Neither Martial or Greenwood have proven threatening when given the chance to be
For all of that dominance, have we even looked like creating anything? We've launched a few crosses in that Martial got his head on and Maguire's missed an open header from a corner. Has Areola had to make a save?
I'd expect us to test their keeper if we're to be expected to score two goals in the second half.
I think the thing that bothers me is Martial has been here for what, six seasons? Yet gets away with far more than a teenager on the other side who despite not really getting into the game, has been tidy on the ball in a position that isn’t natural to him.

Greenwood Cavani central. Mata right side of the 3. Pogba left, Bruno centre.I've given up on Martial ever being a main man in attack for a team fighting for a championship. He is just not consistently good enough. Like against Burnley we have been in complete control after their goal but it is worrying that none of our attackers (Greenwood, Martial, Rashford and Cavani) arent anywhere near being a goal machine that a title winning team needs.
100% agree. Those three, well particularly Martial & Rashford have been a shadow of what they were last season.
