    Agreed, hard to keep the game flowing at a good tempo when it's been as stop-start as this but we look the more likely to get something out of this game despite the goal.
     
    Give the ball to Martial as much as possible and pray.
     
    It looks like we have missed all the rythm. Goal against, important injury, bad pitch. Its easy to happen in those kind of circumstances.

    Gonna be a big second half for this team. It will show great spirit if we're able to play a good half here.
     
    Must just be me then , in that stadium against that crowd, I think we have done OK , we have had most of the ball , created chances, our finishing has let s down.
    That goal could not be defended against and the ref has done OK.
    Rooney has lost his touch and Blind made a few mistakes, Ibra has done good since he came on.

    Rooney should have scored. ibra has been decent. Rashford apart from one move has been shit. Rooney been shit. Shaw been shit. Blind been shit.
     
    That sums up our season. Too slow, too predictable with some half decent football at times and not taking our chances.

    Our wide men need to stay wide for longer. They come inside too early and they are easier to defend. It leaves out fullbacks open who lets face it are as dangerous as a mild curry.

    Martial had been bright, should be 1-1 if Rooney was a footballer.

    yup. they are ploughing every man behind the ball and diving at the slightest of touches. We look good on the ball I think and it's just a matter of time before we score.

    Me too.

    Totally dominating them with a 2nd string defense and no proper no10 on the pitch. Just need to bring on Mata and we'll win I reckon.

    We're starting to look more like a proper, classic Mourinho side - it's still early days but the movement and rhythm is starting to improve.
     
    If we had signed a decent striker in the summer (i never bought into the crazy idea that a 35 year old zlatan was somehow actually better than the 28 year old version) or even gave Rashford or MArtial a go upfront we might actually be a decent side.

    Alas, we are a slow side held back by two slow old men upfront. We play some decent stuff going forwards, then more often than not have no forward to play a cutting ball into
     
    We failed to score a first half goal in 7 of our last 8 games. I thought LVG got sacked already?
     
    So many cowards in this team. It's also unbelievable how many sub par players we have.

    The entire defence is abysmal. It's shocking that Darmian is so much worse in his natural position than an Ecuadorian winger! Giving him the ball in attacking positions is actually trolling!

    Blind continues to display his tendency for massive changers at centre back. Shaw looks totally clueless too. Anytime someone runs at him he turns to jelly. Only Rojo has been average.

    Besides Ander, we have no midfield. It's garbage. No runners, no forward passing, utterly stale.

    Our wide players are displaying why Lingard gets in: constantly coming short rather than running in behind. They are a non-option. At least Jesse runs the channels.

    Rashford and Rooney off for Mata and Mhki, we need more invention and ideas in the final 3rd, no one wants to take the game on for us.
     
    Rooneys touch for that chance as well. Jesus christ, my grandmother with dementia would have had a better touch.
     
    So, why is Schneiderlin playing instead of Carrick? (Unlike Herrera, he can't be our deepest midfielder, he can't think our game.) Cause everybody's so sure Carrick going to start on the weekend, right? (Well, now that Pogba's down, he probably will…)
     
    Rooney's chance and his absolute failure to get a shot on goal from that position was criminal. Get him off!

    Again we are so pedestrian, when are we going to realise we are SO easy to play against and have been for years when we play this slow possession without penetration football. If Fenerbache get another goal this game is over!

    Would like to see Mkhi and Mata on.

    Hopefully Pogba is just bruised/dead leg and not anything more serious as the injuries typically for us are auddenly starting to mount up.
     
    If you watched that game without knowing the history, and someone told you that United had spent half a billion pounds assembling that team, you wouldn't believe them.
     
    Our first half displays (aside from Leicester and Fenebache home) have been Olympiakos Away bad this season. Second half should be much better, and I still expect us to win 3-1. But we can't keep letting teams have the first half.
