Of course its letting them dictate things. We've hired a guy based purely on the formation and the success it has brought him and you want him to change it because the players can't be arsed playing it.

So not only do you want the players to determine the formation you want them to completely remove any authority the manager has, whether its Amorim or anyone else, because they'll know they can down tools until they get what they want.

Both teams are a bit shit. Everton's first touch is abysmal even in their better players.

Main differences are intensity and will. Both goals could have been avoided with a little bit of those.
